Nossos guias são experientes e experiente e vai levá-lo em uma viagem através do céu noturno. Aprenda a encontrar o norte e a localização dos nossos triângulos sazonais, constelações e planetas. Usando ponteiros a laser de alta potência, forneceremos uma experiência divertida e escolar, com histórias sobre civilizações antigas, mitologia grega e a evolução do Cosmos. Nossos telescópios são operados com um teclado e são tão fáceis de usar como enviar um texto. Os telescópios estão programados com a nossa lista de objetos para a noite. Pressionar um botão no teclado move o telescópio para o próximo objeto. Examinamos regularmente os seguintes tipos e classes de objetos: Galáxias, nebulosas, aglomerados estelares, estrelas duplas e binárias, planetas, lua da Terra, aglomerados globulares, cometas e muito mais. Dependendo da hora, os trens da Estação Espacial Internacional (ISS) e Starlink podem ser vistos passando por cima.

Stargazing Moab tem o prazer de acolher você, família e amigos para uma noite divertida de observação de estrelas e astronomia sob os céus escuros internacionalmente certificados de Moab, UT. Começando com uma curta caminhada através de um modelo de escala do nosso sistema solar, nossos guias o familiarizarão com nossos planetas vizinhos à medida que o crepúsculo astronômico começa a se estabelecer. Cada hóspede aluga-se em seu próprio pod de zero gravidade com uma cobertura e um par de binóculos. Estes podes se ajustam ao seu corpo, eliminando pontos de pressão para torná-lo confortável e fácil de ver o céu cheio de estrelas. Nossos guias de astronomia apresentarão um programa de 2 horas que inclui telescópios de última geração e ponteiros de laser para guiá-lo pelas constelações e objetos do céu noturno. Nós também fornecemos aos hóspedes uma visão de perto de objetos celestes (galáxias, nebulosas, aglomerados) através de nossos poderosos telescópios. As bebidas quentes também são fornecidas, como chocolate quente, café e chá.

Devon and Kramer were fantastic! Very insightful, energetic and great communicators. The skies were clear and the show amazing. Highly recommended.
This was an excellent evening activity! Devin has a fun way of delivering lots of information that makes it very interesting for all. They have a top notch setup, including several telescopes, a hot chocolate and coffee stand, binoculars, and bean bag lounges with blankets. We highly recommend this while in Moab!

The event is hosted by Devon a very educated and entertaining astronomer! I learned so much while being thoroughly entertained. Additionally her camera/telescope assistants were also very professional and well prepared. My husband (who loves studying the stars/space) and I loved it!

Lots of thought and effort put into this experience. Very passionate and knowledgeable guides. Everything was provided to to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable under the vast night sky. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Moab with even a passing interest in astronomy.

I was visting Moab on an Amtrak vacations 4 ( read: no car). I thought i could maybe take a rideshare to/from the tour location. Unfortunately the nature of ride-shares meant I didn’t find out nothing was available to take me until it was time to leave. Upon finding out (about an hour or so before the start time) I tried to repeatedly contact the operator to let them know of the problem and need to get transport or cancel. I received no response. It was only sometime after tour start that I received a “where are you” call that I was able to explain the situation. I was told they do offer a shuttle service to the tour site, but nothing on this page or their website says that. Rather it says they do not provide any transportation. I have yet to hear anything back about a refund or compensation despite the phone call referring to such possibility. Overall ability to communicate with operator in case of a problem was really poor and caused me to waist $200+ of money with no recourse.

Amazing!!! Absolutely fantastic. Devon was the BEST guide to the stars ever! As an astronomer, she pointed out the constellations, told the stories, and showed us distant galaxies with digital telescopes. Truly an amazing experience. We did this stargazing excursion, rafting, and canyoneering. This is tied for first! Highly recommend!
