Really enjoyed this day trip! Our guide Raphael was extremely professional and friendly. We enjoyed that he got us to the places and then we had our own free time to explore them and do what we wanted there (sightsee, shop, eat, etc). Both St Tropez and Port Grimaud were breathtaking with many great places to eat and shop and simply just take in the beauty!
This tour company, "Bingo Tour", canceled my booking the day before, stating that they did not enough people booked to do the tour - whatever that magic number is, I do not know. However, although they told me my booking was canceled, they never canceled it with Viator. They also did not issue my refund, even after I repeatedly asked them about it and they assured me they would. In fact, the reason I'm able to leave this review, for a tour that didn't happen, is because they never canceled it with Viator. I had to contact Viator directly myself, and have them conduct an investigation, in order to get my money refunded. I was also forced to book a different tour at the last minute, which was more expensive, while still not yet receiving a refund for the canceled tour. I'd advise you to stay away from this tour operator, "Bingo Tour", as they do not conduct business professionally.

We offered you the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund, and you chose the refund. We submitted the refund request to Viator on the same day. While we understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, the processing time is unfortunately beyond our control, as it depends on the platform's and the bank's processing procedures. George was a perfect guide who gave us exciting information about St Tropez and Port Girmaud. We were particularly fascinated by Port Girmaud, the idyllic flair and the great food. It can rightly be called the Venice of France. Highly recommended the excursion

We had a fantastic small group tour to St. Tropez and Port Grimaud with just 8 people, and it truly exceeded our expectations—thanks to our amazing guide and driver, Mario! He was friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region. Throughout the day, he consistently checked in on our wellbeing, made us laugh, and created a warm and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. St. Tropez was everything we hoped for—charming, glamorous, and full of character. From the beautiful marina lined with luxury yachts to the quaint old town streets and luxury shops, there was so much to take in. Unfortunately , we didn’t bump into Brigitte Bardot on the street—but you can’t have everything! Mario also went above and beyond by stopping at several stunning viewpoints along the way so we could take amazing photos. He even filmed a fun group video and sent it to us afterward—a perfect souvenir from a perfect day. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate—especially if you get Mario as your guide. Highly recommended!
