Spa Hammam & Massagem

All in all very disappointed , we had to pay extra to get collected from hotel. When it states collection from hotel…I will say mo the driver was lovely and great on communication ria wasap, we used him in the evening to go to a restaurant also. But the lovely pictures of marajah spa is NOT where they take you.. it’s down a back alley which u accept in Marrakesh but not what I thought I’d paid for. The wash down was hot water with an exfoliating mit, 1 lady to do the 2 of us, so that experience of 30 mins was only really 15mins! Then u go off for your massage which was ok but my towels didn’t smell fresh and there was a lot of banging around with delivers and people that worked there chatting etc.. the experiment says 2 hrs but that includes travel time which is a con. over all NOT a relaxing or enjoyable experience. My advise would be stay clear. The 1st pic is where I thought we was going the 2nd pic is where we went.. definitely wasn’t worth the money,

We never even got to go on the Experience. Arranged to be picked up from our Hotel at 10am and the transport never turned up. We tried to phone the tour operator and no answer. Messaged the tour operatir and they said to get a taxi to a meeting point in Marrakesh which wasn’t what we’d organised. No help at all. Overall a complete shambles and I would give this zero stars if possible. Don’t book as plenty more Spa’s to choose from.

We found it a nice experience, nice staff, clean and fine massage! Nice driver who came to get us. Belongs to a city trip to Marrakech!

The best massage I have ever had. First they wash you (underware on) with buckets of warm water and mittens. They do this in a really nice warm room. Thet then scrub your body whilst lying down. From head to toe (minus underpants area) first on your back then on your front and then wash you again. Then you go in and get what I would call a normal (but really good) massage.

We’d assumed this Hamman spa experience would be steam rooms, exfoliation treatment and massage .. and it was, but it wasn’t delivered what as gently as we’d expected… 5 of us were bikini clad ready, and were told with a swift “no” to pop on paper g-strings which, when being thrown about legs akimbo later, left little to the imagination. We all know each other much better now 😂. We were then unceremoniously herded into the steam room where pans of lovely hot water were thrown about our bodies and boobs 😂 The exfoliation treatment felt like Sunday bath night when mum was in a bad mood - but it worked and we were all smoother and softer on the other side. The massage afterwards was blissful. Well worth doing as part of your Marrakech experience. We haven’t stopped laughing yet (•) (•)

Spa situated in the new city of Marrakech at the ground floor of a building. It is clean and decorated in the Moroccan style. The Hammam is performed in a room which is not modern and not a ‘’dream room’’ that you can expect for a hammam environment. The massage room is nice and the massage itself was really relaxing.

What a relief and what a feeling, that this experience and specialty of Marrakech has a different taste. Total comfort
