Superb experience! Went with my wife and will never forget; we've even make pasta from scratch at home 3 times since getting back to the UK. No one else had booked so we had full attention from the chef. Antonino is incredibly skilled; a local but well travelled and easy to understand in English. Also very personable and able to handle different skill levels at the same time (me vs my wife), we cooked for around an hour then ate our creations and drank wince for another hour.
Great experience that I’m glad we booked. Made delicious ravioli and tagliatelle pasta and finished with a delicious tiramisu. Learnt some goods tips that I have put into practice since coming home, yummy! Definitely recommend.
So awesome! Learned a lot from our very knowledgeable chef and he was so patient as we tried the techniques. He also helped out anyone who needed it and did great demos to help us learn. So worth it!
Picked up in Sorrento and taken to a restaurant approximately 20 minutes drive away up in the hills. Antonio talked us through how to make Tiramisu, fresh ravioli and tagliatelle from scratch. We then sat down to eat what we’d produced washed down with a few glasses of wine and a Limoncello shot all of which were included. Met some lovely people. Great afternoon which we all enjoyed (husband and 20 year old daughters).
Excellent time with the family! Chef Antonino was outstanding! Personable, funny and knowledgeable. And of course, the food was delicious! The views on the way to the class as well as while at the class were stunning. Highly recommended!!
It was such a great experience❤️ the meeting point was a short walk from our hotel, and the driver drove safe. We got welcomed by a really nice man, who really made sure you had the best experience. He was really funny, took interest in you and teach us lots of stuff!! You make 2 types of pasta, tiramisu and get wine (or a non alcoholic drink). He was patient with everyone individually so that was great🥹 There was also a cute dog, who came to greet everyone too :) (I don’t know if she’s there everytime) 5⭐️ PS. you have an amazing view when cooking aswell!!!! AMAZING !! The chef was so enthusiastic and engaging, the food was delicious and included recipes to take home. And then the start and end with a transfer from within sorrento was great and rounded off the wonderful experience.
What a fun experience to make your own pasta and tiramisu and then sit down to enjoy your creations. Antonia was warm, thorough, patience, fun, and tentative. My group was against going to a cooking class and loved every moment of it. We met at the meeting point and they shuttle us thru the scenic ocean coast to an ocean view cooking location. Stations are set up and a long family style dinning table for the group to enjoy our pasta and tiramisu after. Everything was organized, efficient, and seamless. My only feedback is that I wish we had more time to eat as well as enjoy the view a little more. They had a class after and we couldn’t loiter around. Overall, highly recommend to immerse urself into some Italian tradition.
A great fun experience for me and my daughters. Easy to find meeting point & transfer. Teacher was clear, patient and friendly. We all made the pasta and tiramisu easily from the easy steps and it tasted delicious! A great activity to do!
My daughter and I took this cooking class while we were visiting Sorrento, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip! Everything was so well organized from the start. The meeting location was easy to find because it was clearly marked, and the bus drivers were so friendly as they drove us about 15 minutes to the beautiful cooking school. The setting was gorgeous, with amazing views, and everything was very clean and welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco, which was such a nice touch. Our instructor, Chef Antonio, was absolutely wonderful. He was funny, kind, patient, and made the whole class so much fun. He explained everything clearly and was always there to help when we needed it. We learned how to make ravioli, spaghetti, and tiramisu from scratch, and it was such a great experience. After we finished cooking, our group of 12 sat together at one large family-style table. Each course was served one at a time, so we could really enjoy the food we had made and visit with everyone. It felt like sharing a meal with friends. If you’re visiting Sorrento, I can’t recommend this class enough. It was fun, relaxing, delicious, and something my daughter and I will always remember. Thank you, Chef Antonio, for such a wonderful afternoon!
