A totally fabulous experience. The tour was exceptionally educational and entertaining. The food was outstanding and everyone on tour interacted and hd a lovely time. I am not so enthusiastic but this is well done on every aspect. Highly recommended!!!!
Wonderful experience, very interesting and more than worth the money. Family were lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
This entire experience was an absolute delight! All the details were smooth and well communicated. Our experience on the farm was full of lemons, olives, fresh vegetables, and goats! We really learned a lot about lemon and olive oil production in Sorrento and then shared an amazing meal with new friends. We highly recommend this experience!
It was a fabulous behind the scenes tour, the family farm and how they are producing lemons and other products - and a fabulous meal on top of it all. Highly recommend it to anyone as a great half day trip!
Our family really enjoyed this visit and our guide Eugenio. We left the farm with an in-depth understanding of the famous Sorrento lemons and the olives harvested for olive oil. The lunch at the end of the tour was great: bruschetta, fried eggplant, potatoes, bread, cheese, meats, pasta and dessert. House wine and limoncello were included. It was a terrific trip. This is an outdoor experience, potentially in very hot weather, with walks up and down stairs. Don’t eat a big breakfast beforehand; a full lunch is offered at the end.
I have nothing but excellent things to say about this experience - it was so unique! We got to eat a meal prepared with ingredients grown directly on this family farm in a small group setting. We learned a lot about agriculture of the region, which was fascinating. The sustainability of putting everything to use was very impressive. It was just a beautiful place to spend an evening, and the food was delicious. I'm happy that these farmers are able to supplement their income with these tours because we loved everything about being there.
This farm experience is an absolute must-do if you’re visiting Sorrento. We visited as a family with two teenage boys, and even they thoroughly enjoyed it! The tour takes you around the animals, olive groves and lemon groves, where you learn all about the history of the farm and how everything is produced. After the tour, you get to taste a selection of the farm’s own olive oils before heading into the farmhouse, where you’re treated to an incredible home-cooked meal prepared by the mum and uncle. We enjoyed fresh vegetables, homemade cheeses, cured meats, delicious pasta and a traditional dessert, all accompanied by a full bottle of the farm’s homemade wine and, of course, limoncello. To finish, you’re shown exactly how limoncello is made, which was such a lovely touch. This wasn’t just a tour – it was a genuinely heartwarming experience. We were made to feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Our only regret was travelling with hand luggage, as we would have loved to take so many more of their amazing products home with us! If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Sorrento and Italian hospitality, this is an experience you won’t forget
Raffaele and his whole family welcomed us into their fold. We loved every minute.
