Angel, Tulu, Chris, and Boyle were fantastic. We did the full day Laughing Bird Caye trip, the Jaguar Preserve waterfall and lazy river tubing tour, and my absolute favorite, the full day Silk Caye and Moho Caye tour. Captain Jak’s was a great tour company. The staff were all wonderful. We had lunch each day on our tour which was always tasty. The staff who took us snorkeling were very knowledgeable and made each trip fun for everyone in the family. Snorkeling requires a guide and usually a scenic 30-minute boat trip.

Captain Jacks is the safest most organized company we have ever worked with from pick up to drop off! The excursion its self was incredible! Silk Caye was incredible our guide Carlos stayed with us the entire time and let us know what every specie of fish and coral was we were observing . The preservation of the coral was number one priority as well as the nesting turtles. We then stopped to swim with Nurse sharks, stingrays, and a giant female turtle, which was a once a lifetime experience. Then we headed to Moho which was the most picturesque island we have ever seen. We swam and relaxed and had the most delicious lLunch !! The crew was amazing We 1000% recommend this tour in this company..

We took several trips with Captain Jak’s - Snorkeling at Silk/Moho Caye’s, Snorkeling at Laughing Bird Caye, Ziplining at Bocawina, an evening Catamaran, Fishing, and Monkey River. All of them were spectacular and very well organized. Highly recommend Captain Jak’s. Note - the Ziplining at Bocawina was the best we have ever done. Extremely professional and beautiful.

We enjoyed a fun day of snorkeling and a delicious lunch prepared on the beach!

We loved every minute of our tour with Alex, Z, and Captain Cook. They are professionals and made us feel relaxed and safe. Very clean boat - well kept and well maintained. Cold beer and drinks, music, excellent snorkeling - everything we could want. I’ll forever have great memories of the great sites underwater and enjoying that with my girls. Thank you Z for that part of the trip. thank you Alex and Capt. Cook for everything else. You guys are great and I’d like to do it again.

Great trip to a beautiful location. If your not a strong swimmer take the vest they offer. We are from Florida and my kids swim like fish but my teen struggled to keep up in the deep water and high waves with no vest. ALOT of swimming but not alot of exploring so be prepared. Guide was wonderful and the reef was absolutely gorgeous.

We really enjoyed the island boat tour and snorkeling excursion we recently took with your company. The guides were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and their passion for their work was evident throughout the day. We planned a snorkeling trip with Jak's. When a family member fell ill and couldn't make it at the last minute, Jak's was super flexible at letting me switch to a solo diving trip and refunding more than I expected. The guide and boat crew were top notch and friendly. Lunch on the island was great. And pickup and dropoff at our residence made things even easier. Would go again tomorrow if I could.

The staff at Captain Jak’s went out of their way to accommodate us when we showed up without reservations at 8 am. We went out for a full day snorkel to Silk and Moho Cayes. While the first snorkel was overly crowded with several other boats, we next went to a spot to swim with sharks and sting rays which was not crowded at all. We had a delightful lunch of stewed chicken, rice and beans and potato salad on the gorgeous Moho Caye followed by a fantastic snorkel. Our guide pointed out various coral, fish, crabs and brittle stars. During the second guided snorkel, we had more time to explore and enjoy the wildlife. We appreciated how thoughtful our guides were about the environment, ensuring that all of us on the tour understood how to protect the coral and respect the fish.
