- O peso máximo para qualquer Ziptrek Ecotour é 125kg (275lbs). O passeio Kea tem peso mínimo de 30kg (66lbs).
- Os bilhetes de Gondola não estão incluídos no preço - recomendamos um mínimo de 60 minutos para acessar o complexo Skyline superior a partir do terminal de base, ou pelo menos 90 minutos em horários de pico
- Leve uma camada extra de roupas durante todo o ano! Casaco, chapéu e luva são recomendados. Sapatos fechados são essenciais (não são permitidos sandálias, chinelos ou salto alto)
- Antes da sua chegada é obrigatório preencher um Formulário de Consentimento do Participante. O link para este formulário estará dentro do seu voucher
- Adolescentes menores de 14 anos DEVEM estar acompanhados por um adulto (de 15 anos ou mais) no passeio. Aqueles com 17 anos ou menos devem ter uma renúncia assinada por um pai ou tutor que tenha 18 anos ou mais.
- Se você ou alguém em seu grupo tiver um problema de saúde ou uma lesão recente, informe-nos sobre isso. Mulher grávida não pode fazer turnê.
- Não permitido para viajantes acima do limite de peso de 125kg (275lbs)

It was so much fun flying through the trees and the wonderful views. The staff were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend it 💯. At first I was a bit scared,but after u leave the first platform the fear goes and it was just pure fun.
It was amazing!! Ollie and Warwick were very enthusiastic and made it enjoyable!! I also loved the family I was with!

Really enjoyed the experience, zip lining through the tree canopy and hiking down a little bit being able to take photos of the wilderness was lovely. As it worked out, the zip line was a good lead up to build the courage to do the canyon swing.
A great couple of hours spent in the trees having fun with very engaging and knowledgeable guides. Plenty to learn about the Queenstown area's history too.
We had an amazing time zip lining in Queenstown. The guides were awesome and knowledgeable about New Zealand. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants to zip line in Queenstown.
I had a great time with my 11 yr old daughter. The zip lines were great fun and the view from number 4 was amazing. I’m glad we did the 4 line trek (Moa). The guides, Sammy & Ben, were really friendly and helpful. They do everything for you and make it so easy; you can just enjoy yourself.
Harry was the best !! Very fun and helpful...saftey conscience....loved our moring in the trees ! Eco info wasnt nesscessary...and a tad boting.
Such an awesome experience - even when travelling solo. The guides were knowledgeable, professional and bought enthusiasm and encouragement to n spades. Definately one of the best value for money experiences in Queenstown - worth every cent. I cannot wait to come back and do this with my family.
