Absolutely loved the Reef dives. Everyone at Lost Reef Adventures were very professional, the captains, the dive Masters and the store staff. I definitely recommend them and I will absolutely be back.

We originally booked a different tour that canceled on us less than 24-hours before the tour and found this gem! The crew was super friendly and knowledgeable! We went to two amazing dive spots with tons of reef life for free diving. The scuba divers seemed to also enjoy it as did the beginners. If you want a true diving/snorkeling experience without the drinks and booze cruise, this is your boat! The small group made it enjoyable without the crowds and allowed space from other passengers.

We actually didn't get to go out with them sour family was the only one signed up. But they stayed in contact with us and made arrangements for us to get on a neighboring boat. We had a great time!

Our group was getting back into diving after many years off. I had a bit of trouble getting my gear set up, since the several pieces were brand new. When I jumped in my mask was too loose and my tank wasn't fully secured... the crew was right there to help me and get me secured and comfortable. They calmed me downand I got back in the water for to complete the dive. The weather was good, the seas were basically calm. That's nothing the dive shop has influence over 😉😊, but it was great for our experience. The fees were reasonable - don't overlook adding tanks to your order if you don't bring your own. But I can't stress that the Crew helped me so much on my 1st dive back after so many years. I'd done with Lost Reef Adventures again and I recommend them!
Booked a 2 tank dive with Nick coming off a cruise ship. These guys are very professional and even worked with us not being able to get off the boat until 9 15 local time. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Key West.

It was my first time snorkeling, and I am so glad we picked a small group tour. The crew was so friendly and helpful. I'm thankful for the tips tricks and techniques. Being out with a mixed scuba/snorkeling group was inspiring.

The operator cancelled on us 15 minutes before the tour was to start after we had booked weeks in advance for a “small” snorkel tour. The operator told us he didn’t have a minimum amount of attendees for the trip. Don’t offer a “small” tour and maybe you could tell people more than 10 minutes in advance.
Thank you for your feedback—we truly understand how frustrating a last-minute cancellation can be, especially when you’ve planned your trip in advance. In this case, the trip had to be canceled because of other last minut cancellations that brought the group below the minimum number required to run the excursion. This is never a decision we take lightly—we always aim to get every trip out, and we did not want to cancel. While we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy for guests, there are rare situations like this where operational requirements (such as minimum passenger counts and safety considerations) make it necessary for us to cancel on short notice. When that happens, we work as quickly as possible to notify guests. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
This trip was so awesome! Our crew consisted of Kelly and Chris. they were awesome, very knowledgeable, and very, very pleasant to be with share our experience! We saw a mini fish. We saw a very different corals and being that it was a small group of us on this It was just so awesome. We felt like we had a private charter! The Lost reef team really made our trip special. They were not just “all about the money” they even threw in a few wetsuits to make sure we were not cold and enjoyed our snorkelling trip. The reefs were teaming with fish and we managed to snorkel for two hours because the two reefs were close together.
