Nossa degustação de vinhos acontece em uma historica adega de 1906 com vista para o Lago Bled - um ambiente íntimo e atmosférico que você não encontrará em nenhum outro lugar nas proximidades. Liderado por Danijel Galjot, um sommelier e contador de histórias hábeis, cada degustação é mais do que uma degustação de vinho - é uma viagem através dos diversos terroirs da Eslovénia, uvas raras e tradições profundas. O que nos torna únicos é o nosso foco apenas nos vinhos eslovenos - incluindo muitas variedades indígenas raramente encontradas em outros lugares. Se você é novo em vinho ou colecionador, nossas degustações são projetadas para educar, surpreender e inspirar com combinações de alimentos, técnicas baseadas em WSET e histórias de vinícolas locais. The wine tasting experience was an amazing time in a beautiful location. What really made it special was Danijel - who was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was a conversation and we really got a feel for Slovenia’s rich wine tradition, regions and culture. We have done wine tours and tastings in the United States but never had we had such good technical information relayed in such an organic way. I don’t think we will ever drink wine the same way and we have Danijel to thank for that. It was an incredible experience and if you are in the area it would be well worth it to talk wine with Danijel and enjoy the views and delicious food and drink along the way. Every wine was a star and it was hard to pick just one favorite.
The Sommelier leading the tasting was very knowledgeable and we not only learned about Slovenian wine, but the culture as well. The pours were generous and served with a variety of delicious cheeses and bread. We tasted one rose, two whites and two reds. A very nice start to the evening in a cozy wine cellar.
The wines were delicious and the sommelier was fantastic, humble, and ready to share his knowledge with the group. Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed this and learned a lot. Nice variety of elegant Slovenian wines (1 sparkling, 1 white, 1 orange, 2 red). Cheese pairing was nice but would have liked a bit of meat and bread, too. Beautiful old cellar.

The host was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He explained about the wine regions in Slovenia very well.
This was Me and my parnters first wine taking experience and what an experience! Our host was so friendly and funny and his wine knowledge was outstanding. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and we now think we're wine experts and drink wine in a completely different way. Highly recommend.
The excellent, knowledgeable commentary; the varied selection of wines; the convivial atmosphere; and the thoughtful regional cheese accompaniments. The cellar gave great ambience but the necessary steps down to it could be a problem to anyone with a mobility issue.
