Saindo de Inverness por 20 minutos, paramos aqui no Castelo de Urquhart por 15 minutos para uma oportunidade de fotografia.
Leva-nos 1 hora e 15 minutos para viajar do Castelo de Urquhart ao Castelo Eilean Donan, este é o castelo mais fotografado da Escócia e paramos aqui para uma oportunidade de fotografia e uma pausa de descanso.
Viajando a partir do Castelo Eilean Donan leva-nos 1 hora para chegar à nossa primeira parada na Ilha de Skye, que é The Fairy Pools, aqui você pode caminhar por 75 minutos e desfrutar da bela paisagem. É uma caminhada de 20 minutos para a primeira piscina, então as pessoas devem ter um nível razoável de condicionamento físico.
Seguindo sua caminhada em The Fairy Pools, viajamos por 40 minutos até Portree. Portree é a principal cidade da Ilha de Skye e paramos aqui por 45 minutos para permitir que você tome um almoço e veja o pequeno porto bonito com suas casas pintadas.

A curta distância de 15 minutos de carro de Kilt rock chegamos ao Old Man of Storr, um pico de rocha de 160 pés de altura sentado na Montanha Storr, paramos em um estacionamento próximo onde você tem a melhor vista deste marco icônico.
A 15 minutos de carro de The Old Man of Storr nos leva de volta a Portree, onde paramos no Skye Candle Visitor Centre para uma pausa de descanso por 15 minutos antes de começar nosso 2 horas e 30 minutos de carro de volta a Inverness.

Amazing tour company. Billy and Lawrence are the best. Lawrence took care of us through all of his up front communications and making sure that this trip happened and Billy took great care with his bend over backwards, to make sure we had the best trip ever, mentality. There just aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful a tour guild Billy turned out to be. We had the most gloomy rainy day, yet Billy went out of his way at every turn to make our trip the best memories possible. Touring with Billy was like riding along with your favorite family member. He related well with every member of my family. He turned our tour into a trip of a lifetime, and help create lifelong memories. I highly recommend this company.

What a wonderful day with Kevin who took us around the Isle of Skye! His wit and knowledge of the Highlands made our day extra special! Clouds had settled over the “Old Man of Storr” most of the day, but Kevin remained hopeful and sure enough we were able to see the “old fella” before the end of our day. Thank you for a great day!

It was raining but we enjoyed the experience Billy our tour guide made sure we did what we wanted. He is very experienced.

We were fortunate to have done a Skye tour with Billy just this week. He was a truly incredible guide! Billy was knowledgeable and knew the roads like the back of his hand. The sights were spectacular on their own but Billy really went above and beyond to make our trip special!

This tour was absolutely amazing. We chose it because it was one of the few we could find that did both the fairy pools and fairy glen in the same trip. Our guide Lawrence was fantastic, telling us about Scottish history as we went, providing recommendations, and willing to indulge us with our silly requests like dipping our faces in the Sligachan river. The views were amazing and we felt like we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. I would easily recommend this tour and even do it again.

What a great tour. With it being a small group tour, we got in and out of the sites before the larger tours. There were 5 people on this tour, which can be up to 7. We got to see more places the bigger buses can not go. Our guide, Kevin, was very informative and kept us entertained. Skye is beautiful!
