beautiful cathedral..too bad the road to the entrance is littered with vendors with Temu junk. It mars the whole area. Soon they'll be selling the junk in the cathedral.

Palma Cathedral is undeniably a beautiful, spiritual, and historic building—a must-see landmark in Palma. However, the "skip the line" ticket process needs improvement. If you already have a QR code ticket, staff direct you to a completely different entrance door. Because of this separate routing, the audio sound guide system was totally out of order / out of sequence for our entrance. In summary, while the architecture and history inside are well worth experiencing, the jump-the-queue system and organization could definitely be better.

Easy to use and navigate. We got tickets for Cathedral Palma in Mallorca and we didn’t have to wait at all at entrance

We had bought into the audio tour through Viator. Just to be told when we got there that the Cathedral doesn’t accept Viator’s ticket for the audio part. To get the audio tour, you have to ask at least two of the Cathedral staff where to get it. Then have to walk all the way through the church to find out that you have to pay an additional 5 Euros per person to get the audio device! That will ruin every tour!

We would like to clarify that there are two different ticket options available at the time of booking: the entrance ticket only, or the entrance ticket with the audio guide included. According to the reservation received, the option selected was the entrance ticket only, which is why the audio guide was not included. We would also like to clarify that the Viator voucher is not the admission ticket itself. As indicated in our instructions, the official entry tickets are sent separately by email and WhatsApp before the visit. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future visitors. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty and history of Palma Cathedral.
Audio guide was informative. Some of the numbered locations didn’t have an audio clip. Also, it was confusing at times where you should go to listen to the next audio clip. Not all spots have a number. Check in was quick and easy.

This experience was only for entrance to the Catedral and no tours included. We spent an hour exploring and admiring in awe how amazing the Catedral is built. Such a wonderful design and it had such an aura. Love this experience, and when you exit there are small souvenir shops outside and a this little wonderful store where you can buy magnets and drinks and ice cream to cool you down with from the heat. Thank you Viator for another amazing booking.

Be respectful, it's a church, taking selfies inside is obnoxious, be discreet and realize people are worshipping
