We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The tour was extremely well organized, informative, and engaging throughout. Bruno was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and always happy to answer questions and share interesting facts. His enthusiasm and expertise really made the experience even more enjoyable. Enjoyable day with a knowledgeable guide.
They never showed up to pick us up at the meeting place. Tried to contact them by email and phone no answer. It’s now 7 pm still no email or phone call. Not impressed with the service. Viator contact help line was great to help us out, they tried to contact the local operator and didn’t get any reply.
Excellent excellent tour! Highly recommend if you want to see sintra palace, the village, the viewpoint, the beautiful drive along the coast, and caiscais. Franklin was our guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the area.
Our guide was informative, experienced and willing to help with any issues we had on our trip, well beyond what this tour was about. He meet us feel comfortable and we had an enjoyable day.

We really enjoyed the tour - we are glad we used a tour for this - doing it in your own for this would be a nightmare with all of the hills and the tour made it so easy. Our tour guide Miguel was super fun and made it a fun day.
