We did numerous tours during our extended time in Portugal and Bruno F. was our favorite tour guide! He was so easy to communicate with, was prompt, attentive, and adaptable. He has great energy and was such a wonderful person to spend our day with. He beautifully balanced his suggestions with what our interests were and gave us the right amount of time to explore each stop. He generously even got us some local delicacies to try. His vehicle was always immaculate so you can tell that Bruno takes great care in everything he does and that is exactly how we felt during our time with him, that his mission was to make sure we had an enjoyable tour. One key factor that made Bruno stand out is that we had mobility issues so he always did his best to try and get us as close to the entrance of each attraction as possible, while working around the parking limitations. He would then make pick-up arrangements that helped reduce our need to walk very far. We highly recommend Bruno as an exceptional tour guide!

Bruno is an outstanding tour guide/driver. He was quick to reply when planning our day for 4 people and buying tickets for Pena Palacio & Regalaria (which sells out quickly). He is from the area and so knowledgeable of the history of Portugal. This really is the only way to navigate the large crowds and really cover all the areas we wanted to see. He set up a delicious lunch in Caiscas -one of our favorite meals. Bruno is so kind and you can tell he enjoys sharing his knowledge and culture with others, including some wonderful pastries. He even gave us suggestions for our next stop in Porto. Obrigada, Bruno! You made our trip so memorable!
Bruno was an amazing guide, he could not have been better. He was prompt, perfect English and is from the area and knows it well. We had a fabulous day with him. He came into Quinta da Regaleira with us and toured us around the property and explained everything to us. He made an excellent recommendation for lunch that had Gluten free options for my husband. I was in contact with him prior to our trip and he was very prompt in his replies as well. I Highly recommend this tour with Bruno.

Bruno was an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide. He customized our day to fit our interests and shared so much amazing information along the way. We got to see lots of sites at our own pace. Bruno was so kind and welcoming. This tour is a must if you are visiting Lisbon and want to see the coast!
Bruno was our tour guide and he was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about the history of Portugal, and more specific histories of Lisbon, Sintra, and Cascais. From the moment he picked us up he was SO accommodating and made sure we had the best experience possible. He suggested what times to book tickets to the Pena Palace and Regalaria and they were both perfect and gave us enough time to explore each stop on the trip. I will be recommending Bruno and this tour to all of my friends that are traveling to Lisbon. If you are thinking about booking with him, I highly encourage it!!!

We took the tour to Sintra and Cascais with Bruno and it was an amazing experience. Bruno was great at explaining the history of Sintra and Portugal and at answering our questions. He was a lot a fun and was willing to take and show us anything we had an interest in. I would definitely recommend taking the tour with him.
We were skeptical about doing a guided tour for Sintra. My wife and I were going to go on our own via train/bus. But then I read the reviews that spoke so highly of Bruno, and thought it would be nice not to have to worry about any logistics. Turned out there was a transit strike on the day of our tour. So it sure is a good thing we didn’t try to go on our own. Bruno picked us up on time and offered us options to customize the day. I think we ended up doing the standard grouping of activities, and it worked out very well. We saw so much! Being on a private tour all day with someone has the possibility to be weird if you don’t like the tour guide. This was not an issue at all. Bruno is so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our time with him. He’s great at his job, and seems like an overall great person. We are very happy we did this tour with him, as we learned a lot and saw a lot - with some short periods of time mixed in to explore the town of Sintra and Cascais on our own. Beautiful! And easy! Don’t overthink it, leave it all to Bruno, see all the highlights, and have a great time.

What truly set him apart was the extraordinary care he showed for my 91‑year‑old mother. He helped her every step of the way, making sure she was comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy the experience fully.
