Sinharaja Rainforest Day Tour pela Expedição Rainforest

Great walk with guide at 6.30am before others came. We saw a lot of wildlife.

There was some sort of problem with the booking, but the company was very flexible when I contacted them. They even came to me personally, to discuss the details of my trip the next day. Everything went smoothly, the trip was exciting and we could see many intersting animals, including the blue magpie and the green pit viper. Mr. Bandula, my guide and host, porvided me transport on his bike (my very first time :)) and a leech sock, which proved to be effective and very useful. Thank you for the nice trip! :)

The tour lasted only 2.5 hours, instead of 6 as described. The excuse given is that it means including the time of transport from Deniaya, which is not true because the meeting point is in Meredipitya which is only 10 minutes from the entrance of the reserve. They also made me wait 1 hour because the guide did not show up

It was a great hike and we saw many different animals. Our guide was very professional! Highly recommended.

The tour was great. They even organised a transport to sinharaja. Guide was nice and told us interesting facts about everything we saw. And lunch was very tasty and swim in the waterfall amazing. Would recommend it to everyone.

It was interesting to walk through the rainforest with a guide who can see in an inconspicuous branch or foliage a snake, a lizard, or an interesting insect. You can see that a person loves their work and wants to share with others. We've seen monkeys, birds, snakes, insects, birds and rare plant species that only live in Sri Lanka. Our guide told us many interesting things about all the inhabitants and took amazing photos for us. Organizers adjust to you as much as possible in terms of start time and duration and route, which is very important. Along the way were picturesque views of rivers and waterfalls and the chitty air. At the end of the walk we were treated to a delicious homemade lunch by a local family. We were able to taste the unique honey that is made from the fruit of the tree, which in its raw form contains alcohol, and which monkeys sometimes enjoy. You can't see any strange animals other than monkeys, because they live mostly nocturnal lives and hide from humans. Thank you very much to our guide for the interesting tour. great experience, I recommend this tour to everyone who goes to Sri Lanka. The guide knows a lot and has patience until you see all the animals (sometimes very difficult to spot).Highlight is of course swimming in the waterfalls.

Great experience!❤️ We got a very good guide who talked interestingly about all the plants and animals we met in the forest and answered our questions. At the end of the trip we swam in a spectacular jungle waterfall and had a lunch break with delicious curry. The trip completely met our expectations! We highly recommend it when in Sri Lanka!

This is an amazing tour, and Mr. Sandaru explained the biodiversity of the sinharaja rainforest and animals. Me any my wife got excellent knowledge about sinharaja forest.
