We really enjoyed this evening out in Buenos Aries. It was a charming, reasonably intimate, venue that was in keeping with the entertainment to come. The meal beforehand was very nice with a good selection, which was well cooked, presented with attentive service. The show was excellent performing a 'history' of the tango though the last 100 years or so. I know nothing about dancing, let alone the Tango, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting the accompanying instrumentalists or singers, but that added to the show. Highly recommended.

Very confusing communications. Bought the Rojo Tango but kept sending us info on El Queranfi and sent us the wrong tickets and wrong time and location. Rojo called us because we missed dinner due to wrong tickets with wrong time. Recommend go directly to Rojo for their show and not purchase through this vendor. We will be asking for a refund. Very disappointed
Hi, thank your for posting. You booked El Querandi with almost two months in advance. We always confirmed the correct venue and address by sending the information twice to your email and twice to your Whatsapp. Last day, after sending you our reconfirmation for the fourth time, you mentioned the address of another venue which we never informed. Every detail was also on the voucher you should have received from Viator and that we also sent it to your email, Whatsapp and to another Whatsapp number you informed that day. If you booked the wrong tango show, you had plenty of time to cancel it but you never told us about it so we provided all the necessary assistance so you could attend the tango show you booked, El Querandi. Your voucher always said El Querandi and not Rojo Tango which is another venue and which price costs quite much more. If Rojo Tango called you is because you booked it through another supplier, not us. The booking at El Querandí neither included dinner. We regret to hear about this situation because we were always in contact with you, even the last day. Cordially, Carlos
I was very disappointed! It's more of a show than a real tango dance. Even the show was pretty poor. The bottle of red wine (San telmo malbec 2025) included in the price was very mediocre, sour wine (very young!). Out of curiosity, I searched the internet and found that this same bottle sold in supermarkets (especially supermarket DIA) between 4500 and 6000 Argentine pesos!!!!. And say that the entrance fee and 100 euros!!!
Hi, we regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. This is a tango show with real dance. It is considered one of the most traditional and best ones in town. If you paid that amount of money, you must have probably received not only a discounted price but also other services like a complete 3 course dinner and other drinks (open bar), too. The dancing was amazing!! The show demonstrated how the Tango evolved over the years. The singers were great.

The place is historic, although the care with the space shows loose; the artists - especially singers - are great. But the kitchen... ah, the kitchen: pure load, poorly anticipated, poorly executed, poorly delivered. I do not recommend - and it is one of the most expensive programs of its kind in Buenos Aires.

Congratulations! A great experience! History of tango without a word! Fantastic live music, professional musicians, smart scenario, and, most of all, great dancers!!!! Costumes, accessories, hairdressing, movements, expression... The singers... Authentic tango from its roots... And also, good food and service!

A fantastic tango experience in Buenos Aires. We booked the package including lessons, dinner, and a show. The prices are reasonable for such a great show. We highly recommend it.

This was a fabulous tango show and dinner recommended by our hotel. More authentic than some of the ‘Hollywood’ style shows. The 3 course dinner was delicious with different choices for entree, main course and dessert. The tango dancing was amazing and followed a story line with the history of tango in BA and the costumes were spectacular. The musicians also played brilliantly. Downside is it is in quite a small restaurant with shared tables and a small stage and it can be difficult to see the performers from all angles. On the expensive side but I guess it’s a once off event.
