We were very disappointed with this experience and unfortunately consider it the lowlight of our trip to Spain

The Paella Showcooking experience was both very interesting and enjoyable. Chef Eyrian did an excellent job of demonstrating how to cook paella. She was also very personable and welcoming. The paella was delicious, as was the Sangria!

In my opinion, based on the paellas I have tried elsewhere, it lacked flavor; it was made too quickly, and part of the rice was not well cooked. Overall, it is good, and the service was very pleasant, with very clear explanations, but I believe they need to give more time to the experience so that the paella truly absorbs the flavor of all its ingredients.
Hi there, regarding the paella, as explained during the class, traditional paella rice should be cooked al dente, following the authentic recipe. We respect that cooking preferences can vary, but the texture we aim for differs from what is often served in tourist-oriented restaurants, where the rice is usually much softer and overcooked. In any case, we realise that the taste of food is subjective and can vary from person to person. Thanks.

Presented in a beautiful and meticulously clean kitchen by a gracious and knowledgeable hostess. You will learn how to make traditional seafood paella and enjoy it on a roof top patio overlooking the city.

Fantastic kitchen well equipped for cooking class. Instructor, Fabio, was excellent. Got detailed instructions on making a seafood paella. Highly recommended.

The demonstration of making paella was entertaining, informative, educational, and delicious. From start to finish the whole experience was one of our favorite times in our vacation in Sevilla. Fabio was fabulous!

The impossible “paella” to call Paella. I think you should make a real Valencian paella or a vegetable rice or you should seafood. What we took was a rice with a thousand special and broccoli that left enough to be desired... and the truth that the person who made it was kind but nothing to highlight and it could be seen that he was running to finish... anyway I think the experience is fine but the rice is bad... and leaves a lot to be desired you can not call that paella...

This Paella demonstration was awesome, great company, the paella turned out great, and also learned a few things about cooking. The chef was very knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend this event.
