Lovely cycle around the very flat Seville, at a very slow pace. 3 hours went by very quickly and our guide Sarii was amazing

Nobody who rents bikes very attentive The ALBA guide is really top. Several stops at the prestigious monuments, explained the history associated with it. Answer our questions. Keep the bikes if you want to get close to monuments or squares. I amply advise Alba as a guide who is always smiling and also very attentive

Long before our arrival in Sevilla we (my wife and myself) made a reservation for an e-bike. We received a confirmation by e-mail. Upon arrival no e-bikes available. A misunderstanding according to the owner. Let me have our doubts, there were probably other commercially more attractive reasons. Got in return a regular bike far from being state of the art since we made a tour of apps. 30 km in an outside the city.
Good afternoon. We did indeed receive your reservation for two electric bikes for one day; however, it was not mentioned that you intended to take them outside of Seville for a long-route tour. We had two city e-bikes ready for you, but since you did not want to wait for us to bring you more suitable bikes for that kind of trip, you chose to take the regular ones instead. We have more than 50 e-bikes in stock, so please believe me when I say the issue was a misunderstanding regarding the intended use of the bikes. Your reservation was confirmed and scheduled.

I was so surprised to learn that bike tours were offered since I never saw them before and they are so convenient if the area is too big to walk in reasonable time. The guide Juan was just great and we had a wonderful time. His explanations were interesting and good to listen to. The tour gave us a good insight and backgrounds about the city highlights, especially around the exposition in 1921. Very recommendable

Here’s a clearer, more polished version that keeps the substance but tightens the flow and sharpens the impact: The experience got off to a late and disorganised start, which set the tone for the rest of the tour. Our guide arrived late, and as a result our group (one of three, with around ten people per group) received our bikes last. That in itself wouldn’t have been an issue, except that I had specifically requested a bike with a basket three times in advance. Because there were only a limited number available, I ultimately did not receive one, leaving me with nowhere to store my coat and bags and making the ride unnecessarily difficult. The tour departed around 30 minutes late, and the guide—clearly flustered—set off abruptly, leaving my partner and me behind at the start. In the rush to catch up, I then realised that the brakes on my bike were not working properly. By that point it was too late to change bikes, and I had no choice but to continue the full three-hour tour on a bike with faulty brakes, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. At the end of the tour, I raised these issues at the check-in desk and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of being taken seriously, I was dismissed. The tour operator’s employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refused to apologise for the poor experience, and even went so far as to blame us for “inconveniencing” them. If you want it more formal, shorter, or more forceful for a complaint/refund request, say the word and I’ll tailor it.
We would like to clarify the situation, as the review does not accurately reflect what actually happened. From the very beginning, our team made every possible effort to accommodate this guest. She was the first person to arrive at the shop, had time to try the bicycle, and was initially assigned a bike with a basket, exactly as requested. Unfortunately, another client mistakenly took that bike, a situation that can occasionally happen. Even so, we immediately offered several alternatives: storing her jacket and bags safely at our shop (which she declined), providing a pannier for the bike (which she initially refused, expressing concern about balance), and ultimately supplying electric bikes to ensure greater comfort during the tour. Regarding the departure, the guide moved a short distance ahead from the shop to organize the group, while a member of our staff accompanied her by bike to rejoin the guide. At no point during the tour was any issue with the brakes reported. The bicycles were new and equipped with disc brakes, and the complaint was only raised after the tour had fully concluded. We sincerely regret that, despite repeated efforts, multiple solutions, and continuous assistance, the experience was still perceived negatively. However, we believe it is important to state that there are occasions where, regardless of how much is done to help, certain guests cannot be satisfied no matter the effort made.
