We were a group of 24 of various ages and mainly fit. This tour is moderately paced and you’ll clock in at least 15,000 steps. If you have a mobility issue like climbing steep steps, walking across 4 or 5 square stones along a brook for example, then consider a less challenging tour. Touring the fortress is quite a feat. Our original tour we booked was modified due to lack of interest meaning the Temple tour was not included. We were given an option to receive a refund or join the tour without having to pay additional fees. Overall, this tour was pretty good. Our guide Jeff was informative and kept the group engaged. He was very helpful in answering our questions and seeing to our needs. I give him 5 stars. I need to add as a friendly reminder to please introduce the driver at the beginning of the tour. Perhaps this was done with the first group that were picked up but not with us who were the second group to be picked up. I have a few suggestions for K ONE TRAVEL: Please provide bottled water at least one per participant. That day was very warm and humid. Most tours I took over the years provided bottled water. Actually, the Seoul City Tour (operated by another travel agency) provided cold bottled water. Consider using whispers so that all participants can hear the tour guide. Some in the group lag behind taking pictures or are slower than others and miss what the guide is saying,

Nice trip to complement the iconic sites in Seoul. It is run little pali pali ( quickly quickly) but gives sufficient time to get a picture of the places and a story behind them. Worth going.

This tour was awesome. Tour guide Simon provided good info on each site covered: the very tranquil and unique temple in Suwon, Starfield library, fortress, then the palace where he went into the history. Because of the rain, he changed the itinerary order to make the itinerary better and time efficiently. He’s also went above and beyond gave us more information for other places to visit and restaurants. Definitely recommend this tour!

As this trip was identified as a "heritage" focus , I don't see why 2 hrs was spent at the Starfield Mall -Suwon?

The stop at Starfield Suwon was included as part of the itinerary to provide guests with time for lunch, rest, and to experience one of Korea’s popular modern cultural spaces alongside the heritage sites.
