A apenas 40 minutos de Lisboa, convidamo-lo a descobrir a riqueza vinícola da região de Setúbal. Neste tour exclusivo, visitará duas adegas locais, onde conhecerá a história das quintas, as famílias que as fundaram e as tradições que preservam até hoje. Durante as visitas, terá a oportunidade de provar 6 a 7 vinhos diferentes, incluindo o exclusivo Moscatel Roxo de Setúbal, e poderá adquirir os seus vinhos favoritos diretamente nas lojas das adegas. As adegas podem alternar conforme disponibilidade. Note que este tour pode sofrer alterações sem aviso prévio, caso alguma adega tenha limitações de visita. Um negócio de família com quase dois séculos de história que, sem nunca repousar sobre as glórias conquistadas, tem sabido modernizar-se. A José Maria da Fonseca exerce a actividade vinícola desde 1834, fruto da paixão partilhada de uma família que tem sabido preservar e projectar a memória e o prestígio do seu fundador. Consciente da responsabilidade der ser, na actualidade o mais antigo produtor de vinho de mesa e de Moscatel de Setúbal em Portugal, a José Maria da Fonseca obedece a uma filosofia de permanente desenvolvimento, o que a leva a investir sempre mais em suportes de investigação e de produção, aliando as mais modernas técnicas ao saber tradicional. Exemplo disso mesmo é a Adega José de Sousa Rosado Fernandes, em Reguengos de Monsaraz, no Alentejo, onde a tradição romana de fermentar em potes de barro se mantém a par da última tecnologia.
Em 1997, a Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, então designada JP Vinhos, transfere-se de Pinhal Novo para a zona vitivinícola de Azeitão no "coração" da Península de Setúbal e instala-se num edifício emblemático, projectado e construído por António d'Avillez, símbolo da modernidade ancorada na tradição. O edifício é um hexágono envidraçado onde se encontraram soluções inovadoras ao nível do projecto e da execução, quer na zona da adega quer na zona de escritórios, revelam uma criatividade e um sentido de eficácia onde se casam com o ambiente mágico e tradicional das caves onde repousam milhares de garrafas e uma verdadeira armada de barricas de estágio do vinho.

My first muscatel. Our guide, Ana, called it "dangerous wine," but after just a sip, we knew what it meant! I'm also thrilled by the winery's old tradition. Lucky note that I encountered a bat in the cellar!? Not only was the talk fun and friendly, but the driving was safe from start to finish and very thoughtful. It was a fun day of travel!

This tour is a great value. Luis picked us up at our hostel, drove us to the winery, and explained some of the history of the city while he drove us. The guides at both wineries are very knowledgeable and kind. They showed us around the winery and answered any questions we had. They were patient and were fluent in English. The wine tasting was a great way to finish off the tour. 10/10.

Very good wine tour, with the guide Ana. She was giving us a lot of facts and tips for Lisboa. We liked the first winery best, José Maria da Fonseca, where we had a nice tour at the winery. All in all, a great experience!

We had an amazing wine tasting tour with Pedro, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Pedro was incredibly knowledgeable about Portuguese wines, the history behind them, and the winemaking process. He explained everything in a way that was informative, engaging, and easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, Pedro was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to spend time with. His great sense of humor kept the group entertained, and he went above and beyond by taking wonderful photos of my friend and me throughout the tour. As a special surprise, he even created a beautiful photo montage afterward, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Pedro’s passion for sharing his knowledge and ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience truly stood out. Pedro was absolutely delightful. He was everything you would want in a tour guide - very knowledgeable and accommodating- while having such an attitude and disposition. We had a wonderful time with him and at each of the vineyards. The staff and grounds of each were immaculate and the tours were so well done. We enjoyed everything from start to finish!
