They created a memorable experience for my family.We had an amazing time enjoying every minute of the photo session. From the moment, we were picked up from the hotel through the entire experience we enjoyed every bit of this experience.The pictures are worth cherishing.I will treasure these pictures forever.
The entire package is deceptive, misleading and false. I booked a two hour photography tour as advertised with the inclusion of hotel pick-up and drop-off. Despite having indicated and communicated the hotel address for purposes of being picked up, transportation was not available and was only told to meet the Photographer in Oia, at our own cost. Despite inquiring from them, the issue of transportation was simply ignored thereby making me incur extra expenses. For the photography, we didn’t get to enjoy the two hours of photography on account of the delay in transportation caused by their own mistakes and the photographer was told to leave for the next appointment. As for the photos, we were sent photos but without any edited pictures contrary to what was misrepresented in their package description. While they sent a Dropbox link with what is described as edited photos, in reality, they were unedited. Overall, the company/ organization is not reliable and would not recommend them. The entire package description is deceptive and not worth the money paid. I was disappointed.
We chose this because of quantity of pictures for the price of the session. But we should have chosen quality instead. Loved our photo session, our photographer was great at finding backgrounds for us to take pictures in front of. We were so excited to get our photos back. However, our ticket states 150 Professionally edited pictures within 5 days and over 350 unedited photos. We received one email with our unedited photos with 286 photos within 5 days; however, we received our edited photos a few weeks later... And sadly, I wasn't impressed with the edited photos. Because I thought we were never going to get our edited photos, I edited some original unedited ones with my iPhone, and I was able to fix the lighting enough to look practically the same as the professionally edited ones. It wasn't a total loss because about 100 of the photos were good enough to keep.
My photo session was a really good experience for me . I was travelling with my son . My photographer was very experienced and patient lady . She knew what she was doing . I would recommend to book the company. I had a really good fun enjoyable experience. She made me feel really comfortable Thank you guys
