O Coasteering é uma atividade em que a Vertente Natural foi pioneira em Portugal, com a introdução de manobras de cordas e slide passamos também a oferecer-lhe uma atividade completamente inovadora a nível mundial. Consiste na progressão da linha de costa, recorrendo à natação, escalada, rappel, saltos para a água, slide e caminhada. O único requisito importante é saber nadar!

O transfer para o local da actividade será em frente ao Hard Rock Café, a 150m do Heritage Hotel. Morada: Av. da Liberdade 2, 1250-140 Lisboa, Portugal. NOTA – se reservar a actividade com transfer, terá cerca de 1h livre depois da actividade – sugerimos um passeio pelo porto de pesca enquanto aguarda.

So much fun!!! Would definitely recommend this tour group! No “bells and whistles” in terms of photos or videos, but I think that made the experience more authentic and the tour guides were top tier!!!

Amazing and well done tour with Vertente, the guides were very nice and knowledgeable about the area and the best cliff jumping spots. I would 100% book it again.

A spectacular experience! We love coastering with the natural side of the rabbita. Amazing views and sea! Very professional. Leonor is an excellent guide, fun, cheerful and quiet. Joao, skipper, very friendly and professional. Great team. Repeat! We highly recommend!

Because of the somewhat busy environment, we could park 5 minutes further. Very friendly received by lady at the desk. This friendly enthusiastic tone was continued by our female guide who gave the instructions clearly and with humor. During the trip several times jumped off rocks which was very cool. Swimming and climbing we went from rock to rock, where there was a little break. The pace was therefore doable! Definitely recommended!

Great physically demanding experience. The staff was great and funny. The one thing I do not like is that they charge you for shoes and shorts. They should just include that in the price and not try to charge extra. They should also offer a picture package because you cannot bring your phones

Our coasteering experience with Vertente Natural was the highlight of our holiday. We took our 13 year old kids along and they had the time of their lives, scrambling around and leaping off into the crystal clear waters. We were all exhilarated by the experience and would highly recommend this fun filled adventure. Francisco and Letícia were incredible guides. We had the best experience from pick up in Lisbon to drop off back in Lisbon. The driver was so friendly and welcoming. The tour guides Francisco and Francisco were awesome. This activity is perfect for the adventurous family. We had a blast and felt comfortable throughout the trip. It was one of our favorite activities ever and would highly recommend it!
