They were late picking up - said they had car trouble and lots of delayed flights. They did communicate well with us and once the driver arrived it went well. I was going to book them for our return trip to the airport but now I’m concerned that if they have issues we could miss our flight 😞
This is NOT VIP transportation. Older van not a Sprinter, Mercedes, or suburban. One door was broken, no child seat as requested, dirty windows, no water or drinks as advertised.The driver was courteous, polite. The only reason I requested VIP was due to a poor transport experience going TO our hotel. So far, the past three TripAdvisor reservations have not been anything as advertised I’ve probably used them for the last time
We used Premier Airport Shuttle Service for both our arrival transfer to the resort and our return trip to the airport, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. We received clear instructions in advance, and everything was well organized and easy to follow. Both drivers were punctual, professional, and made our transportation completely stress-free. If you're looking for reliable and hassle-free airport transportation in Cabo, I highly recommend Premier Airport Shuttle Service. We will absolutely use them again on our next trip.
Communication was seamless and both owner and driver were friendly. They were able to make accommodations for a last minute change which was also really helpful! My experience was wonderful for being a first time customer. My transportation had a last minute change and the ease of getting transportation resolved was instant! Very much appreciated the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful and informative. I became aware that Uber is not allowed in Mexican airports and that only drivers with a federal license plates can transport passengers. Highly recommend travelers be informed of any changes.

Loved the promptness and he was very kind . We didn't get to stop at Costco the driver did not even ask but the ride was great .

When you want to stop at Costco I must send the chauffeur with our Costco card and we only offer this service when booking direct. I hope you still a had a great vacation!
