Amazing service! I wrongly booked the wrong day and when I called in a state of distress they managed to send a driver within 30 minutes which meant we didn’t miss our flight. It was my mistake but they went above and beyond to help me. The driver was lovely and tried to get us there as quick as possible.

I have two complaints. The first one was when we arrived, it would have been nice to have the driver meet us right outside the pickup area. The second was the price. For what I paid, I thought it was round trip. It wasn’t. That’s why I booked with Uber for the same luxury car, at a much cheaper price. It wasn’t a experience but they need to cleanup those two areas…

At JFK Airport, standard pickups are completed from the designated pickup area unless Meet & Greet is arranged in advance. We always strive to provide clear booking details and professional service.
