There are still some rough edges with this company. 1. They use Whats App rather than texting so when we landed we were delayed in figuring out who, when and where we would be picked up - thank goodness we have whats app 2. The driver was nice but spoke no English so it was hard to ask questions The ride was fine and the car was comfortable but truly texting appeals to a much more broad audience in the US. I do use Whats App for our friends overseas but did not think we needed to watch the app for private transfer services
I did a booking with slightly more than 24 hours notice from our hotel to JFK airport. Communication with K-E Transfer was great via WhatsApp. The morning of our ride I received notification that our driver was proactive in arriving early due to construction and detours. Our car was clean and our driver was safe (not all NYC drivers and bicyclists are!). Highly recommend this service. It was easy to book and safe.

Lovely trip back to JFK, our driver was very pleasant & offered us water bottles as well. I was kept up to date via whatsapp on the day with details of times & location we would be collected from. He wasn't a dangerous or speeding driver & we felt very safe with him.
We used this private transfer service for airport transportation in New York and had a very good experience. The driver was punctual, professional, and helpful with luggage. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth from pickup to drop-off. It made traveling much less stressful, especially after a long flight.
I paid in advance, sent the flight number, the company organized a pick-up time based on it. I waited at the border control for over an hour, exchanged several messages, the only thing I got was that they couldn't wait for me and that no one offered any options. I lost my transportation and money. I will never use it again. Horrible experience.
Our flight was delayed and my driver was kind enough to wait for us. Great service! Would recommend again.
I would give this a zero star review if I could, it was terrible and we’ll never use this service again. It was impossible to find our driver at LGA and this service said we’d have communication directly with the driver, which we did not, it was via 3rd Party texting which delayed everything. Once we finally found the driver he spoke zero English and then he had a child seat buckled in the back which he had to remove since there were 4 of us. He also had a plastic shield between the front and back, which is fine, except that the plastic had mold on it in more than one spot. There were no bottles of water which was promised in the booking. Overall it was a terrible experience and did not meet the expectations set by the website.

Excellent service, great communication. Yao contacted me soon after I booked and sent me detailed instructions on where to meet. He was waiting for me when my plane landed so all I had to do was get my bags and walk to the designated pick up spot. Will definitely use them again.
The experience was as OK as if I had taken a taxi or Uber... I don't think it was worth the value and yet the driver who took me stressed himself 2 times with other cars, even mocking one of them. I don't think I'd buy it back in NYC no, just if it might be somewhere farther away, but I still think an Uber would have done the job much better.
