Great and reliable service. The communication was very good leading up to my arrival and the driver was waiting for me just outside the terminal door. It was a bit unusual though as on my way to the hotel I kept getting calls from a local number. As I didn’t have a local SIM, I had to wait for WiFi. When I did, there were multiple missed calls on WhatsApp and messages asking me where I was. I said I was already in my hotel and they kept on asking me how… Very disorganised and no communication within their team. But they did the job and got me safely to my hotel.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Emy Guid from Sun Pyramids Tour Company provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. When there was some confusion about my hotel, she handled it calmly and professionally, making sure everything was sorted out and that my sisters and I arrived safely without any added stress. The transportation was excellent—the car was spacious enough to comfortably fit all of us along with our luggage, and the driver was safe, courteous, and professional the entire time. I also really appreciated how the company stayed in touch, reaching out before my trip and again the day of to ensure everything went smoothly. That level of communication made a big difference. Overall, a seamless and stress-free experience. I highly recommend Emy Guid and Sun Pyramids Tour Company!
While the van itself was not luxurious, Marwan and our driver, Ahmed, delivered 3 of us safely from Cairo airport to our hotel in Giza. Marwan contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival, and was in touch as we made our way through the airport. When we had trouble finding him in the scrum outside the airport, he immediately found us after I sent him a quick photo of our group. He shared highlights of Cairo as we drove, and was a warm introduction to Egypt. I would book again.

The transfer was timed, in a comfortable car, with an experienced driver and attendant. The airport was heavy, the transfer was waiting for extra, no complaints.
Our contact, Mustafa, met us at the exit door and shuttled us to our van. He pointed out all the interesting and significant buildings on the way to our hotel. He spoke clearly and made our trip pleasant.
The Japanese-speaking Guides are very courteous. The inside of the car was also clean, the Guides and the driver were both clean and it was a very good tour company.
