We communicated our arrival flight but the scheduled pick up point was not at all coordinated. Only at the last minute was I able to contact Viator and get them to come to the appropriate pick up point. This is not the hassle you expect after a very long flight. Do better.

You mentioned that you had “arrived,” and the driver understood this as having just arrived at the airport and needing some time to complete procedures such as immigration or baggage collection. Fortunately, our driver followed up with you again to confirm whether you had arrived at the airport or at the designated meeting point at Column 12, as stated in the confirmation email. This miscommunication unfortunately led to a delay of around 5 minutes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. While stuck in heavy traffic on our way to the airport, our driver was very friendly, using a translator app on his dashboard to communicate with us - updates about traffic and helpful info about Vietnam.
