**Recolha no aeroporto:** À chegada, recolha a sua bagagem e dirija-se ao Hall de Chegadas. Seu motorista espera do lado de fora do terminal, na área de embarque do transporte terrestre, segurando uma placa com o logotipo laranja da Cancun Travel Experience. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou documento com foto na retirada. Seu transporte estará pronto exatamente 30 minutos após o horário de pouso do seu voo, antes que o horário de serviço comece a funcionar. Chegadas: Se por acaso você encontrar algum problema para localizar seu motorista, dirija-se a qualquer um dos seguintes pontos de encontro: - Terminal 2 (chegadas domésticas) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (chegadas internacionais) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 no Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 no Welcome Bar **Recolha no hotel:** A hora exata da recolha será coordenada com o operador local, o seu motorista irá encontrá-lo no átrio do seu hotel. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou documento com foto na retirada. Por favor, esteja pronto e esperando alguns minutos antes do horário de coleta confirmado.

We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
