SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Em frente a Santa Sofia, construída no século XVI pelo arquiteto Mehmet, é conhecida como a MESTE AZUL por causa de sua magnífica decoração de azulejos azuis de Iznik.
Neste labirinto de ruas e passagens existem mais de 4.000 lojas, cada uma com sua própria área: a rua dos ourives, os vendedores de tapetes, artes e ofícios turcos, como pratos de cerâmica pintada à mão, talheres de aço, bijuteria e bandejas, esmeraldas de água , ônix-ware e canos de espuma de espuma.

Try and avoid Friday and Saturday - the crowds were immense. Our guide was excellent with a superb knowledge of ancient history as he explained the significance of each mosque and monument.

Great day experiencing some of the main sites in Istanbul . Our guide Burak was very knowledgeable and welcoming. showed us all the best photo spots and accommodated our pace. He also facilitated a skip the line ticket option on arrival. The sites are a must see, words would be an understatement. Burak is also an expert of the grand bazar. This tour was a great introduction to Istanbul and Sultanahmet. Our tour guide Ozgen was knowledgeable great personality and kind. Even though we were there on a public holiday with lots of people we never felt rushed and could see everything we wanted to. Ozgen even took us to her favourite restaurant for lunch and we returned there the next day. I thoroughly recommend this tour early in your visit to Istanbul as you come away with a fount of knowledge about Turkey and its history. Thank Ozgen for making our stay in Istanbul a standout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Istanbul. Our guide Ergun was amazing - he had a wealth of information on Istanbul and its history. He did the tour at our own pace and was extremely helpful in the Grand Bazaar. I can highly recommend this tour and especially the tour guide.
