Ladies and gentlemen. I myself come from the hotel industry and was shocked at the reception Just because I was overtired and sweaty after a long journey, I was kicked right out by the unfriendly disrespectful employee. Never in my life have I felt so bad. I always loved going to Ibis hotels. But this employee belongs dismissed. That's not how you treat people.

Very good Service and everything to the complete satisfaction. Especially in the bar we were served very well and competently by janet. She was very friendly in dealing with guests

The bar service with Néstor was the best, very pleasant, and attentive in his work, it is pleasant to come to the bar where he is to order drinks, the best of the bars.

New to the area, I wanted to check out Sirius as it came highly recommended from my neighbors. My experience was remarkable, so clean, so professional. I had a facial and a massage and both were top notch. The bonus was the lounge which had refreshments and the most delighful massage chairs with zen videos on the screen and a rock wall. loved it!

An absolutely amazing experience. Service and luxury were top notch. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a concierge where I filled out an intake form, and was escorted to a lounge with teas and water and massage chairs. Gloria, the esthetician took me back for the most incredible facial. Highly recommend!

I don't know how you could improve if you were lifted from a table within 20 minutes of sitting with the justification that q is reserved without there being any sign that indicates it.

There was some confusion around booking. Regardless, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this establishment. I got a facial and my husband got a massage. The massage chairs in the serenity lounge are incredible. My first time at a spa. It was a wonderful and serene experience. My Esthetican was Patricia. She is knowledgeable and super friendly. I've been convinced to make spa treatments part of my self-care routine. Absolutely loved it.
