The house has a good concept, I love the pool and beach access, the covered tables, the massage ladies, all that was good. However, there was a major area of concern by the beach access. The last step leading to the ocean is covered in algae and is VERY slippery. My son slipped on that step as we were coming down but fortunately I was holding his hand and he didn’t get hurt. My husband however did not have the same fate. He fell and injured his shoulder on the step. There is no sign telling people about this, there is no nearby pharmacy we could’ve walked to to get him meds either. That in addition to the subpar buffet they had available made this excursion very disappointing. The drinks were watered down as well unless you got them yourself from the bar. Would recommend for beach and pool access only but be careful with the steps!
Hola, thanks for taking the time to say something about us. will take your suggestion of adding a sign. I wish we have control on the water tide. About the open bar and buffet we are very proud to offer an authentic home made food options all traditional cooked from scratches. We are also very proud to offer local made liquor and spirits on our bar. For the price we offer. We will also take that suggestion and maybe add a top shelf liquor brand with more strong alcohol % for an extra cost. Many other great reviews prove the quality on our food and drinks. Gracias!
We had an amazing time at Sergio's beach house. The shuttle was easy to find and we had a pleasant trip. The pool and beach access was beautiful and refreshing. The buffet and bar were well stocked and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
This was so fun and peaceful! I definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to relax by the pool or on the beach with a drink.
The pickup is at the ship port. DO NOT get on the free shuttle to town. We asked so many employees where to go for Sergio's and they pointed us to the large shuttle bus to town. We then walked about the bus station in town asking everyone where to go and no one to tell us. After walking in the heat for an hour with two small children we had someone come find us and pick us up. This happened to two groups of 6-8 people each so it wasn't just us. Everything after that was fine but that took away an hour or more of our time
Got met up at the end of the shops and taken in a small bus to our destination which was more food and drinks by the pool ♥️ Ladies there to massage for a much smaller fee than Cozumel. Honestly? Worth it! They knew what they were doing and paid attention enough to to ask questions of 'was this fractured'... You looking for a not so heavy crowd like Sanchos but good enough? This is it...
Sergio’s was wonderful! Jesus picked us up and got us to the house. Such a kind and responsible guy! Very prompt and knowledgeable. Food a service was wonderful! We had a massage there too right on the beach. The family working there are so welcoming. It is clean, food is wonderful, and drinks were good too. I will absolutely return!! Jesus got us back to the boat in plenty of time. Thank you so much!!!

Sergio’s was a great time! The staff were very professional but definitely a good time! They were very kind! I loved the atmosphere and the party vibes! The only downside was one of the people who attended the excursion was a Karen, very rude, and posted fat phobic comments on a facebook page about some of the friends I was with. Sergio’s is not to blame though! They are a great time and I would recommend to people in the future!

If you want a real party, strong drinks, delicious food, and a welcoming vibe, this is THE place! It was like visting family. We had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had SUCH a good time at Sergio’s! The drinks were flowing, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly! Would recommend to anyone who os trying to party, they're a vibe for sure!

They served a group of 6 shots for 2 hours. The whole group were disturbing other patrons and the staff would do nothing. 1 gal was puking all over the pool deck and then in a bucket while we all had to sit and watch. They wouldn't even cut the group off for being a rowdy disturbance. The drunk gals who weighed at least 300 apiece kept grabbing other guests and being obnoxious. They wouldn't do anything about it And don't worry about a beach, there is none. If I could post pics here, I promise you wouldn't go. The food was marginal. Tacos were child thick chips with liquid cheese, if that tells you anything.
At Sergio’s Beach House, we pride ourselves on being a place where people come to have a great time, celebrate, and feel at home. Regarding the group you mention, they were celebrating a special occasion, and while we always monitor the atmosphere, we do not discriminate against our guests based on their appearance or weight. We find it unfortunate that your review focuses so much on attacking the physical appearance of other women. In our house, everyone is welcome as long as they are having fun and respecting the vibe. As for the 'child thick chips,' those are our authentic, hand-made Mexican tortillas—real food, not processed snacks. We understand our high-energy, festive atmosphere isn't for everyone. I need to remind you that you booked for a Super Bowl beach party. You are complaining of people having too much of a party? This was a no kids event.
