All the staff is willing to help and provide excellent customer service. At the Canopy you can enjoy a glimpse of what Monteverde has to offer. The guides are always willing to help. Carlos Sequeira was the naturalist guide, he provided an excellent tour, my favorite part was the amphibians and the frog pond. 100% recommended.

Beautiful walk over suspension bridges. Bit of an American feeling at the entrance; they try to split all kinds of insurance in the stomach. Just don't fall down stairs. The sloths and butterfly tour were both really worth the money, while we are not necessarily naturalists. The guide of the butterfly tour was a nice young man who told calmly from passion without spinning a standard story. The guide of the sloths was a little less to follow but also enjoyed, we have seen no less than 5 sloths eating and exercising! The restaurant is pricey, 8 dollars for a (large) cake and soon 25 dollars for a meal, but the quality was good.

Fijn dat de kwaliteit van het eten goed was, maar we begrijpen uw punt over de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding heel goed en gebruiken deze feedback om onze service te blijven verbeteren. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw bezoek en hopelijk tot een volgende keer in het nevelwoud!
Relaxing experience for lovers of local flora. Guide was incredibly knowledgeable about local flora and fauna but trip itself is about the flora without many fauna sightings. It felt like a relaxing and gentle morning hike followed by a nice latte at the restaurant afterwards.

Amazing experience walking in the clouds. 8 hanging bridges in total. Sadly we didn’t see any wildlife apart from a couple of small birds at the end. Not sure if it was the weather, the day, the season or what. A little disappointing, although still lovely to be in the rain forest.

Nature can be remarkably unpredictable, and wildlife activity in the canopy often shifts depending on the weather, rain, temperature, and even time of day. While the lush flora and misty cloud forest views are always guaranteed, the wild animals follow their own schedules and sometimes stay deep in the foliage where they are hard to spot! A spectacular, wonderful, essential tour if you are in Monteverde. It is a beauty to see the forest from the hanging bridges.

The hanging bridges tour is a great hike through the stunning and verdant cloud forest. While the trail is only 3km, it includes eight bridges, the largest of which is over 500 feet long. The bridges allow you to pass through the canopy and get wide views of the mountains. I'm glad we went in the afternoon, when the clouds rolled in; while we didn't see much wildlife, the misty views were unique and beautiful. Unfortunately the afternoon means rain, and a particularly strong storm rolled in during our trek. It made for wet, yet memorable experience. The trail is not very difficult, but there are some stairs, and of course it may not be for those who are afraid of heights. Be sure to bring good shoes and a thick rain coat.

Overall, it was great. The only thing that could’ve made it better was some signage or information along the path just pointing out points of interest or giving knowledge. Also, we would’ve liked to have gone to the butterfly observatory, but we couldn’t wait for the next guided tour. Would have been nice to see the butterflies without having it be guided.

Such a beautiful park and in my opinion nice than the Monteverde cloud forest. This is due to the fact that you are in the canopy so much more since they have so many bridges. I would definitely recommend the early morning since it’s quieter and the mist is moving through the trees. We lucked out and saw a howler monkey.

A wonderful experience. We went for the photography and we were thrilled with the whole experience - including a rather closer than expected encounter with a (thankfully calm) howler monkey. Utterly unforgettable.

We did the silver tour, hanging bridges and sloth tour. The bridges were super cool. Even saw a monkey sitting on one of them! The guided sloth tour was great! Except all the sloths were sleeping 😂. Only negative is when the tour ended, due to our timing, we had to wait a long time to catch the shuttle back as they stop running them in the middle of the day. Which forces you to eat lunch there which was extremely pricey.
