Tour de áudio autoguiado pelo Grande Forte da Batalha de San Felipe

I cannot recommend this tour or SOUNDWLKRS based on my experience. After purchasing the audio guide, the activation code provided simply did not work. It then took considerable effort just to find a WhatsApp support number, and in total I spent around 45 minutes before I finally received a code that actually worked. That's valuable sightseeing time wasted. The English tour itself was also disappointing. It advertised 8 stops in English, yet one entire stop was only in Spanish. On top of that, much of the audio was padded with background music instead of providing interesting historical information or context. The content felt thin and poor value for money. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund due to the activation issues and poor quality of the tour, it was refused. SOUNDWLKRS' position was simply that they had provided the product, with no acknowledgment of the 45 minutes I lost getting it working or that the tour did not match what was advertised. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would avoid both this tour and SOUNDWLKRS and look for a different audio guide provider.

Very confusing Where to pick up the audio tour After purchasing a ticket to see to the fortress. Attempted to contract. Sound Walker at their given number but was cut off 10 times in a row. I walked the castle on my own without the benefit of the audio guide, and consequently my expense Viator tours was of no benefit. I’ve asked for a refund and they’ll think about it in seven days

The 4th largest city in Colombia. The Spanish fort, FORT of SAN FELIPE DE BARAJAS is very impressive, since it has been built, it was never conquered. It is a steep climb to the fort but well worth the trip. Some of the fort's tunnels are open to visitors. Once you are at the top you have a great view of the walled city of Cartagena. Also at the top is a small shop selling cold drinks and souvenirs.
