Muchas Gracias! We had the absolute best time today on our tour. Two of us had taken Segway’s before , two had not. The training and initial run was patient, well explained and really boosted everyone’s confidence in the trip. Our guides were knowledgeable and so very pleasant to spend time with. Highly recommend this company and trip.

Such an interesting way to see the highlights of the city. It was the most fun I’ve had on two wheels in a long time. Carl, the guide, was an absolute star! For one so young, he possesses high EQ and was patient and skilled at quelling the nerves of a first time segway user. He was thoughtful, conscientious and earnest, making sure to check-in on us at every tricky junction and crossing. We felt assured, our confidence grew as the tour progressed and we had an amazing time!

Our guide was patient and made everyone feel comfortable. One member of our group opted to ride a bike instead of the Segway and he was super accommodating. There wasn’t a ton of commentary or info from the guide but we had an enjoyable time riding around to see things.

Having a great guide (in my case, Hector) helps. There were 10 people total and I was the only "experienced" rider (1x before). I had to wait ~45 minutes as Hector trained everyone else. I wish there was more than 1 employee there to speed up that part of the tour. Once we started, Hector was amazing, using his great knowledge to share Madrid with us (in English and Spanish!). The segways are fun and you will learn a great deal about Madrid, Gracias!!
It was scary at first, but easy to learn. Just not long enough. Very good. Staff was knowledgeable and Informative. Enjoyed the route.
