Faaaabulous experience, Carlos and his team have everything very well organized, and waking up early for something like this is totally worth it. I thought the basket would move a lot, but it was a beautiful flight at dawn, calm and with stunning views. A great gift from my brother!

It was our first time riding a balloon and everything was super exciting, from balloon inflation even. The overall experience, great, spectacular. We were surprised by the tranquility that you can see up there. It is not at all scary or insecure, on the contrary, everything very controlled. The stunning views. I would highlight above all the professionalism of the team that served us. Three super nice guys, close and nice (pilot Carlos, and I don't remember the name of the other two). At the end of the walk we toasted with cava and were given lunch in the middle of the field, luxury! And then they took us in their cars to the starting point. Overall rating of 10, because more can not. Recommended, no doubt.

I chose this experience as a surprise for my girl and the truth that far exceeded expectations. The guys on the team were super friendly and nice from the first moment to the last. We had a great time, super recommended

The experience a 12, the equipment (vehicles, balloon, and so on) a 10 cleaning and care, and most importantly the team of Ishmael (the pilot) and Miguel and Pablo of the ground team, have made it an unforgettable, fun, didactic experience. Professionalism, of all is a pass, especially with the first nerves of not knowing the activity, and how pleasant they do, make the nerves forget you. And the pecking detail later, then another pass.

I’d give this 10 out of 5 stars if I could. They communicated as soon as I booked the flight. I opted for the pick up and they communicated and that went smoothly. Our driver/host, and all of the team that were part of the flight were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The experience was breathtaking - watching the sunrise over Segovia, seeing the multiple balloons being set up as dawn broke, enjoying the insanely gorgeous flight (which felt perfectly long enough. Many others are shorter.), and laughing and chatting with newly made friends over the champagne and charcuterie after. I’d 100% recommend this company and experience to others. There were several people on the trip who said they almost decided not to do it because they were scared the night before, but it is surprisingly peaceful and definitely well worth it, and they were all so happy and thankful they showed up.
