Our guide, Bert, was exceptional - knowledgeable and attentive throughout, sharing history along the way, answering all our questions, and even taking great photos of us at each stop. The visit to the waterfalls is not free, you have to pay at the entrance. And the volcanic spring is also very nice to visit. We had a really nice guide. Who was passionate about what he was telling us, and he also speaks Creole. It was really good, I really do not regret it.

As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort are always top of mind for me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ended up being the only person on the tour, and my guide went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure I felt completely at ease, welcomed, and cared for. Beyond showing off Dominica’s stunning waterfalls, city, and sulphur springs, he paid attention to the little details that make a trip special. When I mentioned I was hoping to try fresh local mango, he made it happen right on the spot finding fresh mangoes straight off a tree, along with fresh bananas and guava cherries! Knowing this is a family-owned business deeply rooted in the local community made the day even more meaningful. You aren't just getting a tour you're getting genuine island hospitality. Great tour with Majestic Taxi & Tours! Mr. Culbert, was friendly, knowledgeable and always kept me safe. We hit Trafalgar Falls, Wotten Waven Sulphur Springs, and swam through Titou Gorge to a hidden waterfall (My highlight of the day). Fresh fruit (Guava) and rum punch along the way was a nice touch. Well paced, never felt rushed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a solid taste of Dominica's nature in one trip!

I’ve been on a LOT of tours and this one took the birthday cake. It was exactly what Rodney needed and wanted and I thoroughly enjoyed Culbert’s energy, expertise, and enthusiasm. We fell in love with Dominica and each other (all over again) after this beautiful day.

We had the good fortune to book with Majestic tours. First of all, from the very first contact, they were prompt, responsive, and informative. We arrived via ferry from Martinique. Our guide, Colbert picked us up. He is a professional and every moment we spent with him felt safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
