Scenic Adventure Cruzeiro de Almoço

It’s a relaxing quiet day out. Visitors from the UK absolutely loved the experience and so did we. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious.

I enjoyed my Birthday Lunch cruise on the Nepean Belle . From the moment I boarded I was made welcome .The food served was plentiful and very satisfying .The crew members I spoke to were very interested when I showed them a few photos from my collection of previous visits . I was able to walk around the vessel after lunch and chat to fellow passengers and take many photos of the beautiful scenery during this cruise. Unfortunately ,for me I don't drive a car and had to use public transport to return to Penrith Station at the conclusion of the cruise , 2:20 pm ,Not a good idea with the bus 795 arriving at the Nepean Shores bus stop at 4:15 pm and the cranky driver telling me he is going to Warragamba . A nice passenger was able to show me the change over bus stop to catch the 799 bus to the station . Busways ,you need to do better. Thank you.

It’s great value for money and very high quality. Food was spot on and the boat has a good atmosphere. The crew work very hard and do everything to add to the experience.

Great relaxing lunch cruise. Sitting upstairs is a must. Scenery is great. The captain and staff are fantastic.

When I phoned to make the booking on behalf of our family, I was not asked if there was an occasion that we were celebrating. In the early stages of the cruise, our family had to endure listening to multiple mentions of onboard guests who were celebrating anniversaries and birthdays. My Mother, who's 80th Birthday we were celebrating on board the boat last Sunday, was extremely disappointed she was left out, and the rest of our family was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I would have expected, after all these years being in the same business, management and staff would have provided a higher level of customer service. It was a very disappointing experience. The Scenery: It may not be grandiose but it is still pretty. Definitely worth a look. The Paddleboat: It is lovely, and has that old world feel. You can enjoy the view from your table or nab a spot at the front river level stop. But, I recommend sitting outside, up top. The breeze, the view, the company and the comfort. The Food: Fabulously delicious! Served on share platter. The Cruise: It's a lovely, peaceful way to spend the day. As a solo traveler, If you're looking for something to do and you have no other real plans, this is a great last minute option. Or, if you just wanna do something that doesn't require a lot of stress, it's well worth the trip. Just a note, they can also accommodate pairs and larger groups. Cost: a fair cost for the cruise and the meal. Overall: It's a winner!

Amazing view, lunch was good. A little hard to get to without a car. Rain made it hard to be on outer deck. Pictures were many.
