The trip never happened because we were told the wrong meet up time. I used the Viator App the evening prior to our tour and was told on the CHAT, to be ready at 9:30. The driver was at our hotel at 7:20. We were all ready and excited for this tour at 6am, but went to breakfast since we had time to spare, or so we thought!!!

Beautiful day to be in a boat! However I spent over an hour in total arguing with your company about transfers. We paid for our transfers at the time of booking but kept getting emails that we did not have transfers. It would be cleared up and then when your rep picked us up, she said the party traveling with us did not have transfers, but they too had paid for them. If I hadn't shown them the email confirming your mistake they would have had to pay for them. Plus, you had them being picked up at a different hotel than us! There was a very uncomfortable scene on our return bus ride with your rep accusing a man of not having transfers either. He was told to get off the bus. Maybe you should raise your prices and include transfers for everyone so this issue doesn't persist.
Your transfer process needs work. We paid for transfers, but they didn’t show up and we had to argue to prove that we paid for the transfers. We were not the only ones we saw a third-party have problems also. It could’ve been handled much better the process was very rude.
fantastic staff, took wonderful care of us. they also were excellent with gluten and dairy allergies, food was good!! such a wonderful day, great music, outstanding staff and service. highly recommended
