Sarajevo: Transfer privado de e para o Aeroporto de Sarajevo

I was picked up by Bojan on time, he was very warm - a lovely welcome to the country. I was travelling by myself so he walked me all the way to my airbnb as it was a pedestrian street and the car could not go there. From what I can tell, the tour company itself is lovely as I did book other things with them.

This is a review to highly commend the service we received from Dream Balkans, under some very challenging circumstances. I had initially approached them to enquire about airport transfers and day trips for a group booking that I was arranging to Sarajevo. From the early communication over Whatsapp they were extremely responsive and helpful. I decided to book with them and they remained in contact in the run up to our departure. Where they have exceeded all expectations is when our group encountered massive disruption with our Ryanair flights. Our flight was unable to land and was diverted to Dubrovnik where we remained on the tarmac for 4 hours. During that frustrating time I received frequent whatsapp messages, to assure us they were on hand to assist and offered various solutions depending on what the outcome of the flight disruption would be. They tracked our flight and even after a 6 hours delay and another failed attempt to land at Sarajevo, they were on their way to pick us up! In the end our flight turned back to the UK and our trip was abandoned, they messaged us the next day with very kind words and a sympathetic approach. To be honest, the team at Dream Balkans made an awful situation a bit more bearable. Although we did not make it to Sarajevo this time, we will try again and look forward to using their travel services then.

Unfortunately, due to Ryanair not being able to land our plane in Sarajevo, due to bad fog, we were unable to meet our transport with Viator. However, they did come to meet us at the Airport in Sarajevo. Today 15th November 2025, Viator are collecting us from our accommodation in Sarajevo to return us to the airport and I am 100% positve, they will arrive to collect us. Therefore, I believe they deserve full star rating.

We were picked up at 4:45am and our driver was on time. The car was clean and in good working conditions. The driver helped us with our luggage.

Fantastic service and communication throughout. Made my first time in Sarajevo a lot more easier and stress free. My drivers Zulfo and Edis were excellent and are true gems for the company! 5* service from Asim and the whole team. I’ll definitely be using this company again when I return to Sarajevo again.

The driver, Tarik, waited for me an extra hour after my flight got delayed till midnight. He was very friendly and an amazing vibe. When I mentioned that I hadn’t ate anything before my flight and now every store was closed, he went out of his way to help find me an open food store and bought me a wrap. Then he helped me find the place where I was staying. Amazing experience and a nice friendly small tour. If all of their drivers are as friendly as Tarik then I can’t see any rating less than a 5/5.

A fantastic first impression of Sarajevo. Asim connected with me a day or so ahead of the trip to confirm. I really appreciated this because the Viator confirmation does not display the flight details submitted at booking. My driver was a lovely gentleman who met me immediately after I walked out of Customs and promptly helped me wirh my bags. He graciously pointed out landmarks on our drive into the city. Also to top things off, he didn't just dump me at the address. He walked out with me to ensure the apartment drop-off was correct then helped bring my bags over. Top service and one others should emulate.

I really appreciate how quick they were to responding to my messages. The location I requested to be picked up was not the location Google maps showed, but thanks to their quick response the driver was able to get to where I was. The driver was friendly and cautious.

Our driver was very helpful and friendly. Even after he had to wait one hour for us because of a delay in our flight. He brought us (my wife, my 1.5-year-old daughter, and me) safely to our apartment. During the drive we had an interesting conversation about Sarajevo. At the end, he took the time to make sure that we found the entrance to our apartment. Which was pretty hard to find. So thanks again to our driver! We would not have found it without him.
