Mais uma história sobre a qual Sarajevo é famosa são os XIV Jogos Olímpicos que foram sediados em nossa cidade. Nosso passeio foi criado para permitir que você experimente o espírito das Olimpíadas e tenha um flashback dos anos 80. Em 1984, os melhores Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno já organizados aconteceram em Sarajevo. Você terá a oportunidade de visitar em um dia 3 montanhas incríveis, começando pelo estádio olímpico Kosevo e o Olympic Hall Zetra, incluindo o Museu Olímpico. O passeio pelas montanhas olímpicas de Sarajevo começa com uma visita ao estádio olímpico, onde foram realizadas as cerimônias de abertura dos Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno de 1984. Para este evento, foi completamente renovado e ampliado. É o lar do clube de futebol FK Sarajevo e da equipe nacional de futebol da Bósnia e Herzegovina. O clube propôs o novo nome Asim Ferhatovic - Hase em homenagem à sua ex-jogador de futebol e lenda do clube. É um estádio multiuso que foi construído em 1947 no período após a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Ex-Brigadas de Trabalho para Jovens de todas as partes do país participaram da construção do estádio. O estádio sediou grandes equipes de futebol como Manchester United, Real Madrid, Inter, etc.
O Olympic Hall Zetra foi construído para os Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno de 1984. Descrito como "ultramoderno", sediou os jogos de hóquei no gelo e patinação de velocidade nas Olimpíadas. No Olympic Hall Zetra, visitaremos o Museu Olímpico, onde você encontrará muitos itens originais dos Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno de Sarajevo.
A primeira a caminho é a montanha Bjelasnica, a parte mais alta das montanhas Dinaric e o melhor centro de esqui da Bósnia e Herzegovina hoje. Growing up in the 80s, I remember enthusiastically watching the Olympics in Sarajevo. It was a great opportunity to see some of the actual sites from those games! The tour takes you through many wooded, picturesque back roads, which is a nice break from the city. It was especially interesting to hear stories from the local guide describing how the whole community came together to make sure the city was ready to welcome the world for this special event, along with stories of what it was like to live through the tragic events that followed only years later. This tour is recommended for fans of sports and history alike!
Our guide was knowledgeable and well versed about the tour topic. We saw the iconic bobsled , ski jumping, men's alpine, and the Igman Hotel. Due to road construction we were a bit late for our next scheduled tour but our guide called our next guide and arranged all the details so we didn't miss a beat. We learned all sorts of fun facts about the 1984 Winter games and was not disappointed. Only wish that road construction hadn't lost time for us as we didn't get to see the Olympic Stadium, Zetra Hall or the Olympic Museum. This should not in anyway reflect on our guide. We highly recommend him, his company, and tour. Outstanding !!!

Guide was amazing, tour just seems to be lacking something. It was neat to see each place and not have to walk there or take separate trips, but would be neat to see how this could fuse with the Olympic museum in some way (exhibits at each site, a docent that might accompany the tour, etc.) Nothing to blame on the guide or the company, was just a boring topic for be personally maybe.

It is meaningful to see the former olympic site, at the same time as the frontline during the war, in half day. The violence is directly presented through architecture, so as the complicated history of Bosnia in the last half century. Also it is a great combination of natural tour and museum tour. Our tour guide Agan(or Alan? forgive my poor memory) is really good, understandable and friendly. I really enjoyed today!

Alan was my tour guide. I was lucky to be the only person on the tour. Alan took me to all the Winter Olympic locations. The highlights were definitely the abandoned ski jump at Igman and the bobsled track at Trebevica. But i also got to see the abandoned Hotel Igman, the former olympic village, the stadiums and the slalom track. Absolutely fantastic and really blew me away. Thanks Alan!

I took a private tour of the Sarajevo Olympic site. Our driver and guide, Bedo, gave a very detailed explanation. He answered all my questions he could about not only the Olympics, but also Sarajevo's past and present. We visited as many Olympic-related facilities as we could, and I thought it was wonderful that we all took different routes and saw different views at each one. It was an interesting tour that allowed us to see the effects of the civil war from a different perspective, the Olympic site. I recommend it.

The Olympic tour was done on Wednesday, November 22, under winter weather conditions. It had snowed quite a bit the night before. Fortunately, Senad, our driver, was an experienced driver and he reassured us in a special way. Despite the snow, we still went to the ski jumps and the bobsleigh track by car. This made it a special experience. Senad told us a lot, he was aware of everything and gave very interesting information about both Sarajevo and the mountains in a light-hearted manner.
