Throughly professional team who Coordinated our pick up from Hotel in Hanoi and got us through to Sapa. Very comfortable 28 seat coach. Thanks to Max and Dan for the trip up. Road upto Sapa once you turn off the motorway , the drive up the mountain is very tricky with blind corners and crazy traffic and the odd buffalo walking up The middle of the road !

Do not get Whuan group for travel from Hanoi to Bac ha Arrived at bus station and no bus Avoid their payment Vexere as took money but no travel bus

It means you are not our direct guest so we got no chance to speak to you about your review of the trip. 2- Please help us note that this listing is for the bus to Sapa, not to Bac Ha Market. And we also help our guest booked the bus to Sapa before and we got many great reviews about the driver and good quality bus until your bad review come. It is not good for our business because as you know, we are working in tourism enviroment more than 10 years and we always do best service for our guests. 3-To be honest, we always welcome and appreciated reviews from all guests in the world. The bus was clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find the pick up point, but that was the taxi driver not understanding us. The journey was quite good, and the driver and guide got us to sapa safely.

Really efficient and great way to see the countryside safely while travelling to and from Sa Pa to Hanoi. Bus seats are like airplane Business Class seats and are super comfortable.

Together with other tourists, we were picked up early in the morning at the central meeting point in Hanoi, a small office with a toilet, only a few minutes late. Seats were assigned and everyone received a bottle of water. The guide spoke and understood English and made few, but just the right, announcements. Super comfortable seats with lots of legroom, so you didn't feel cramped even when the person in front of you folded the backrest all the way back. Wifi was OK with occasional outages. Two longer stops in covered areas. Air conditioning was perfect. Despite the traffic jam in Hanoi, we arrived in Sapa on time, right on time (1 p.m., according to the timetable 12.30 p.m.). Tip: call the hotel in good time (at least 24 hours in advance) to be picked up (we missed it).

Between Hanoi and Sapa in 6 hours. Nice seats that you can move all the way back without bothering the rear neighbor. 2 steps at large food market and toilet Running on time, friendly staff

Seats are comfortable and have loads of leg space. We had a friendly host. Comfortable trip from Sa Pa to Hanoi.

I took a bus from Sapa office to Hanoi office at 7am. It cost 19 dollars. There is hotel pick up from Hanoi. The trip takes about 6 hours and there is a break every 2 hours. There is a fee for using the toilets so prepare 3,000 VND. The Sapa office is near the lake. You can make a reservation on their website.
