Not what we were looking for. we wanted a simple guide to key sites not a game. we also found it difficult to access
I'm really sorry to hear that the experience wasn't what you were hoping for and that you had trouble accessing the app. I want to gently clarify that Questo is specifically designed to be an interactive exploration game, rather than a traditional, straightforward sightseeing guide. We use puzzles and riddles to guide you from place to place while sharing local history. However, I completely understand that if you were simply looking for a direct route to key sites, our gamified format wouldn't be the right fit for your trip. I also apologize for the frustration you experienced trying to access the experience. We do offer 24/7 customer support directly in the app to help troubleshoot any login or access problems right on the spot, and I'm sorry we missed the chance to assist you.
