The staff was amazing. Very attentive to the needs of the people in my group. They allowed us to be first on the boat because of my in law. They were friendly from beginning to end. The girl behind the concession stand was also amazing. All in all worth it. During the boat ride you're given history of everything your passing and they even have translator devices for those who speak a language other than English.
wonderful excursion to see the bridges and other sites! great audio! would do again! very nice that you can pick which level to sit on.
Bring jackets or head covering if you get cold easy. The wind can get cold. Lovely tour on a sunny day with gorgeous views of the city and two bridges
It was great. The views are the best. Loading and unloading very easy. Everyone was so nice. The cabin was extremely clean... Chantil the Bartender was fantastic!

Great trip - Alcatraz was a self guided tour. City tour with Jerry and as awesome!! Grew up in the city and very knowledgeable.
Make sure to eat before. The boat was not busy at all. This is the perfect time of the year. The drinks were great.

It was an amazing way to see the city and the entire Bay Area! We went at the end of May and the sky cleared up just in time for our 11:45 ride. We had 3 elder guest who only spoke Spanish and they had a great time listening to all the history through headphones. The sitting options everywhere were also key. One elder had a cane and got to go to the front to board. She was given extra time before the rest rushed behind her. All in all highly recommend this for mixed age groups.
