This experience was insane. Undescribable. The tension in the build up. The floor shaking when the bulls pass right underneath us. The screaming . The aftermath of injuries. I wasn't expecting something so amazing. Then the organization. Without the Good tour company we would not have been able to organise this. The city closes many roads and you really need to be an expert to manage something like this. And this company are the best San Fermín operators for a reason. Everything is just perfectly organised. The guide and owner, Jimi was unbelievable. His knowledge and kindness are just off the charts. The hosts of the flat where also the most sweet people you can imagine. They had a great buffet style breakfast ready for us and even made hot chocolate for our daughter. We will come back to San Sebastián in October and we have already pre-booked all our tours with Jimi. He has also gave us insider tips to find the best prices for accomodation and recommended restaurants, villages to visit and so much more. Money cannot buy all this. PRICELESS.

We were greeted by our fabulous guide Oihana at 7. A lot of the roads were already blocked, and there were people everywhere. It was only a 1 minute walk to the private home and balcony. We were greeted by our hosts who had prepared an excellent breakfast. The build up to the run was fascinating and exciting. The run itself only took 30 seconds, but was worth it. The atmosphere is amazing. We left soon after and had a walking tour of the town. We were only the second customers for our guide who was highly knowledgeable and it was a memorable trip. While it's expensive to have a private balcony, it's impossible to see the run otherwise. The crowds are huge, most have been drinking all night and it's packed. It's a crazy experience but a once in a lifetime event.

The Good Tour Company and Jimi Rawlins Rivera made our bucket list trip to San Fermin and the running of the bulls’ epic and wonderful. Jimi is a local and a San Fermin expert. His insight and advice are a cheat code for the festival and how to do it right. Jimi put us on a balcony above the Estafeta Curve literally on top of all the action. His tour company gave us a guide for the day, Jenny, who was excellent. After viewing the 1st Encierro Jenny took us on a walking tour of the city. Jenny’s tour included several significant sights and a great historical perspective. Our tour ended with a perfect front row view of the big heads and the formal procession from the cathedral. Something not to be missed. If you are going to run, Jimi is the man. He’s a veteran with years of experience, and his advice was a great help. Our run was successful and lived up to our expectations. Our trip to Pamplona and San Fermin was amazing because we connected with The Good Tour Company, Jimi Rawlins Rivera and his team. Locals who know the scene, love their home, and go out of their way to make sure their guests feel welcomed.

Jenny was our tour guide to watch the bulls run for the festival was absolutely amazing!! The views from the balcony were great! & Jenny did a great job of explaining the history and meanings of the bull run & festival. Jenny also took us around the old town of Pamplona & was a great guide explaining it all to us. We highly recommend this tour!

We had an incredible experience with The Good Tour Company and its owner, Jimi Rawlins Rivera, during the opening day of the Fiesta de San Fermín in Pamplona. Through Jimi, we secured premium balcony spots to watch the Running of the Bulls—and I can confidently say it was the best viewing location in the entire city. Our balcony was literally next-door to the Spanish national television broadcast, giving us a front-row view of one of the most iconic traditions in the world. After the run, we were led on a wonderful walking tour of Pamplona’s historic old city. Jimi’s deep knowledge of the festival, the culture, and the city’s history (he grew up here!) made the entire experience very memorable. We can’t say enough good things about Jimi personally. He was honest, transparent, and incredibly experienced. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely kind and personable guy—the kind of guide who makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a tourist. I had a great spot on the balcony and ended up with awesome pics and videos. The hosts were welcoming and kind and there was a nice variety of food for breakfast. My guide was kind and informative and patient.

This tour was amazing. The atmosfere when the bulls and runners go under our balcony was intense and shoking. The tour organization was perfect too. Our guide jenny was so sweet and full of knowledge. The balcony is the best in all Pamplona. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was local and fresh. JUST AMAZING. Thank you Jenny
