Amazing experience with an incredible guide, Nancy!!! She was so knowledgeable, tailored our itinerary so that she made sure we got to do and see everything we wanted. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend!!!
Wonderful experience with Tristan as our tour guide. He is knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be with!
The activities were phenomenal however, the tour guide was terrible. She was rude and condescending. She fussed at all of us like we were children. The only personality she had was that of a control freak and didn’t hide her contempt for us. Her only redeeming quality was that she let us do the Alamo by ourselves.
Dylan‘s communication prior to the tour was excellent. He was very attentive to our needs and provided us with updates leading up to our tour. During the tour, he was very knowledgeable and spoken at length about the history of San Antonio and its historic sites. He was very good with our 11 year-old twins and was always willing to answer their questions in a manner they could understand. Would highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Dylan as your guide.
Nancy was a great tour guide! She is very knowledgeable of the history throughout San Antonio and explained the Alamo with perfect detail. She picked us up right on time and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this tour!!
Nancy is hands down the BEST, MOST AMAZING TOUR GUIDE EVER!!!! I got more than I paid for. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt I made a friend. I learned so much from her. At first, I only expected just the river cruise and the Alamo but to my pleasant surprise, Nancy told me I was also going to San Jose Mission and Tower of the Americas as well..Nancy made the tour felt like a VIP experience since it was just me that day for the tour so I had time to ask her anything I wanted and she kindly answered all my questions and told me so many interesting stories about San Antonio. My brain was loving all the new wealth of information and rich history. Nancy also kindly offered to take pictures for me and did a bunch of angles too. She also gave great food suggestions. This will be a tour I will never forget. Thank you Nancy for everything you do, I felt so lucky she was my tour guide and more. She went above and beyond.
