I am extremely disappointed with this experience and with the lack of support provided by both the local operator and the Viator team. The tour operator failed to deliver a key part of the experience that I had paid for: the wine tasting was never arranged. While we were still at the winery, we made multiple attempts to contact the operator through Viator, through our private driver, and directly ourselves. Despite these efforts, we received no assistance or response at the time. The operator only replied late that evening, long after the issue could have been resolved. As a result, I paid for an experience that was not provided. Rather than acknowledging this failure, the operator claimed that I was merely dissatisfied with the service and therefore refused to issue a refund. This characterization is inaccurate and unacceptable. The issue was not dissatisfaction with the quality of the service—it was the complete absence of a service that had been purchased and promised. The operator, BIG TRIP, failed to fulfill its contractual obligations, failed to provide timely customer support, and subsequently misrepresented the nature of the complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this operator and would urge future customers to exercise caution when booking with them.

Excellent tour visiting different wineries, with a spectacular lunch at the end of the tour. We had Mónica as our guide, and she was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. It is evident that she enjoys what she does and conveys that passion to the visitors. Everything was very well organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, I would book this tour again and I totally recommend it.

Excellent tour, 100% recommendable! Mónica picked us up at 8:30 from the hotel as we had agreed. We went to Finca Adelma, where we tasted a glass and chatted extensively with the sommelier, then to the La Azul winery where we tasted a glass and took some photos, we had a guided tour at the Salentein Winery and a very nice lunch at Domaine Bousquet. Everything was exactly as they offered, Mónica was incredible, punctual, with great professionalism and warmth.

The driver Nicolás was amazing! He was puntual, he knew the área and had great conversation along the trip. I absolutely recommend It!

This is a very comprehensive tour and it visits 4 different wineries. Our Guide was Luis Cordero, he was very knowledgeable of the area and provided information about different landmarks as well as history and other city facts. We definitely enjoyed our tour and will highly recommend it as well as our guide specifically.

My friend and I had an amazing time. Nico is a wonderful host and the wineries were just lovely. The wine, obviously iconic, and food is tasty and abundant. You’ll love the sweeping views. I feel very fortunate to have gone on this trip and I know I’ll be booking a BIG TRIP excursion when I return.

Meeting the Uco Valley was a fantastic experience. The mountains so close and with a glass of wine was exactly what I wanted! The driver Roberto excellent attention.

None of the tastings were met. We advised at the time at the first winery and wrote to the tour operator, but the winery replied that that was not paid for us and the operator that the winery had been confused. The second one happened to us. And the third was locked. We're still waiting for a response.

I would like to know if there is room for two people for July 25 or 26, since thank you.

We did the tour of three excellent wineries and also with amazing views. Nicolas was very friendly, punctual, patient and respectful. We really enjoyed the three experiences, each with its own style: Trapiche, Vistandes and Belasco de Baquedano. Recommended!
