Tadashi was an awesome host. My partner and I came into this experience ignorant to the world of sake and emerged much better for having gone. Tadashi was great at explaining the various components to brewing and producing sake which lead to its numerous flavor profiles. I would 100% recommend this to anybody looking to indulge in local drink!

The man conducting the class made it both fun and educational. IMO it was not "dumded down", nor was it too technical, in other words just right for people wanting to know about sake types, quality levels and food matches. Plenty of tastings as well.
I had an amazing time w my family and friends, Hawaii Joe gave our group an amazing experience! His knowledge and insight on Sake truly opened our eyes and had us leaving with a better understanding of Sake is created and also the variations on how multiple brands differentiate from eachother!
