Sainte Chapelle e Conciergerie Excursão Privada

The tour did not happen as there were no tickets available for entry. Still waiting to hear back on if there will be a refund.

The tour guide needed to cancel the morning of this tour since tickets to San Chapelle were not available.

Wow! This was such a great experience. I rarely leave reviews but had to write this one as it was truly exceptional. Saint Chapelle is breath taking and the whole experience was wonderful. Our guide timed our visit perfectly and presented the history in such a fun way. She was wonderful with our two little boys aged 5 and 7. They loved her! Thank you so much for your great work!

This tour is fantastic and I highly recommended it to anyone visiting Paris! Saint Chapelle is the most beautiful cathedral and the stained glass windows are incredible and must see. Our guide was knowledgeable, pleasant and funny. We had a great time! Thank you Tour up in Europe!

This private tour in Paris was advertised and confirmed to start at 4:30. We got a message the day before, stating that the Conciarge was closing and asking if we could start at 3pm. Due to our flight from USA, scheduled arrival time of 12:30, time to get off the plane, get luggage, go from the airport to hotel, check in, and travel to meeting point, this created chaos for us as we had no control to adjust as requested. Communication from tour company was difficult, poor and with little regard for 6 hour difference in time. Guide was not prepared. We had to wait several times while the guide stood in line to get tickets. Guide was knowledgeable but did not have a well prepared presentation. She just rambled off of the cuff. This certainly was a poorly executed Private Tour and not worth $400 + dollars considering that anyone can stand in line and buy an entrance ticket to ST. Chappelle. for 22 euro. The circumstances made we wonder if the guide was licensed and qualified. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. The tour company and Viator should be ashamed for charging so much for so little. I was VERY disapointed. I will ask Viator for a refund.

Anna, our tour guide, was absolutely awesome. Her knowledge, easy going personality, flexibility were great, especially for us older folks. She went at our pace which made us all very comfortable. I would recommend her and this tour to anyone.

The Conciergerie and Sainte-Chapelle to visit with the tablet and the audio guide. The return to the past thanks to the tablet is particularly interesting at the Conciergerie; it is an immersion in the era!
