Driver arrived late and didn’t apologize. He then impolitely insisted that we assist him in loading the luggage. Should have taken Uber!
Hi Doug, Apologies for the inconvenience. The driver was delayed by approximately 5 minutes due to a road closure caused by overnight roadworks. He attempted to call and text you multiple times to advise you of the delay; however, he did not receive any response. When Viator contacted us, we informed them that the driver was running about 5 minutes late because of the road closure, which was beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Easy airport transfer when you have 3+ people and 2 bage each. Driver was kind, on time and helpful.

This was the worst transfer company I have ever dealt with. Never mind the misleading information about an earlier pickup that originally scheduled, the dispatcher lied about the reasons for the 1 hour delay in picking us up from driving putting air in tires and finally admitting that it was a flat tire. He also said driver was 10 minutes away but was a no show! Finally a driver from another company showed up. This is not a reflection on Viator but instead a review of this poorly run transfer company.
Sir, the vehicle assigned for your pickup had a flat tyre, so we had to arrange another vehicle. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the 15-minute delay in your pickup.
The driver was friendly and texted us regularly with updates of when he was arriving and what he was driving. He recommended an earlier start time, which proved to be fortuitous.
