Bab Al sham safari was booked months ago and was cancelled day of by tour company. When I call tour operator he stated bab Al sham did not have any openings and he would call me back. He never called me back and I was luckily able to book same day with another company so there was clearly openings at Bab Al sham. Very unprofessional and do not take into consideration the time spent by families when planning trips. Do not use this company!!!!
Driver pick up was a no show for our desert safari tour, nobody even tried contacting us. When I contacted rah travel to ask where the driver was they said they didn’t have room for us and that we couldn't do the tour. This was very disruptive to our travel plans and just poor service. For context, I booked the tour months in advance, so clearly this company is badly managed. Do not trust these guys.
It was a wonderful experience and I have unforgettable memories! The food, the space, the presentation, everything was like something out of an Arabian night!
This tour is a scam. They do not give you what you paid for. We had included in our package pictures with a flacon, sand surfing, etc…yet when we arrived were told they were extra charges. We had to argue with them. The driver was terrible he could not explain the items on the tour and argued with us that we didn’t have the package we paid for despite showing him our confirming emails. Driver also left us with our belongings in the car (cash, medicine etc..) so he could go pick other tourists and bring them back. He was driving at crazy speeds probably so he could get back in time to get the next group. Crazy. The camel ride is a joke. You walk in a circle for 2 minutes and the guide attempts to take a picture of you. The only thing that was good was the dinner buffet at Al Shams - the food was excellent. The rest of the tour I would skip and just do dinner at Al Shams if you want to experience an authentic Arabic dinner with multiple fresh food options.
Me and my fiancé are in Dubai (May 23) and our desert experience guide was Amjad Ali Khan and his service was perfect. Super polite and helpful. We really liked the walk and dinner. We recommend!!
The atmosphere was excellent . I was surprised with the rates of the food .. it was good . Service tips it all especially with Aladdin .. great service !
An evening to remember for all ages. A short trip outside Dubai and you’re in a magical, historical spot. First of all, our guide (Inam) was prompt at our hotel and escorted us for 8 hours to all locations. We began with San Bashing on a 4x4 and we tried out sand boarding for the first time. We had a blast. We ended our evening at the newly renovated Al Hadheerah. Wow, what an incredible place. The food was superb and the service and entertainment was incredible. A fun evening exploring another side of the UAE. I’m excited to return another time.
They sold and did not make the tour, because they said that the restaurant was closed, but I ask: how do you sell a tour knowing it was closed?!? My tour was on Saturday there asked if I could go on Sunday, I canceled several tours that we had scheduled on Sunday and on Sunday again did not take place!!! It was disappointing!!! I was very sad because it was my dream to know desert, camel, hawk...
Hire the tur on your website 2.5 weeks before the date, previously confirming by WhatsApp the possibility of doing it. It was to celebrate my husband’s birthday, 3 days earlier Guest Relation of the hotel contacted the Enterprise again and confirmed the tour for the date and time agreed. However no one came to pick us up. When we started calling the office they hurt that the tur was not done because the restaurant was closed this day and they called in the morning to warn. There was obviously no call or message. They promised to call back in 2-3 min to offer another alternative option. Also no calls. I do not recommend this Enterprise at all. Totally unpresentable
Excellent organization of the team, especially the accompanying driver GHULAM ALI, arrived on time, gave explanations and accompanied us throughout the day until the evening.
