I give 5 stars even if there was a complication in the pickup. Now to the booking and the trip. After booking it was not quite so easy to reach the organizer but when Viator helped, I had the WhatsApp contact and from then on everything was very good in contact with the organizer. He helped with all questions and also gave advice when booking from the entrance to the national park. A day before the trip we got in touch with our guide Dennis. We wanted to be picked up directly from the property for an extra charge. And Dennis made a very high demand for it. So again contact with organizers and we received a fairly fair price for the changed pickup at another location. What to note is our accommodation was closer to the National Park Gate than the originally offered pickup location. But as I said, the organizer was always there to help and mediate. On the day of the trip we were picked up slightly late by Dennis and a colleague. Later at the gate of the national park Dennis got out of the vehicle and from there the colleague took over as our guide and the tour became beautiful. We were told that it was probably done that way because there were the disagreements the day before. Our driver and new guide was very nice friendly and could show us so much. He brought us close to the animals and had a lot of experience and expertise. So in the whole the trip was a very nice day with lots of things and information to get. I would recommend the organizer and also the tour itself. Just make sure Dennis isn't your guide. It's a shame when people try to take more money from tourists than necessary. We, too, have to work for our money and don't get it as a gift. Therefore, it is nicer if you are treated fairly, then you also like to tip. But as I said the organizer and our second guide were very nice and great. Thank you for the nice trip.
It was a nice trip, the hippo, buffalo, antelope but king of the jungle was missing in action. We enjoyed. Sam from Embu
